The hotel is very expensive, almost 3000 RMB per night when we booked. Cleaning the room was very perfunctory. One day I called the waiter several times but no one cleaned it. The breakfast is very poor, a few levels worse than the domestic five-star hotel, and the breakfast is also at the level of the domestic three-star express hotel. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner is indoors, it is very noisy, and it needs to be turned off all night to sleep. Very average accommodation experience. Don't be fooled by the Hyatt brand.

This hotel has a really big problem. 1. The hotel room is very humid, not as good as the hotel with the same price the night before. 2. In the evening, the bartender at the lobby bar has a very bad attitude and is unwilling to communicate with us. After chatting with the person on the side for 20 minutes, he will not order us. 3. Stayed for two nights in a row, the housekeeper forgot to close the door after cleaning the room on the first day. We played back to the room to find that the door was open, and while I'd like to believe it was a coincidence, it was a rudimentary mistake! ! Luckily nothing was lost. The beds feel great. Rooms are spacious complete with sitting area. Shower area is large. However the water pressure is low. Although that wasn’t a huge issue. Just be mindful. Also, pets stay at this hotel so you may see pet hair. I travel with wipes to wipe areas down especially the bathroom. Be prepared. That’s the reason for 4 stars with cleanliness.

Pool is amazing for kids, breakfast was great and included, dinner time menu not the best but a lot of options nearby. Shuttle to Old San Juan and TMobile district.

Housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room until it was my 3rd day there and I had to repeatedly ask for towels daily. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Our stay was ok. We had some issues.
Parking was terrible. The hotel lot filled up because they had events going on. Asked the lady at the front desk and she told us to go park at the hotel accross the street. Treated us like we were stupid and annoying her. She was very rude. Then the next day that hotels staff was equally annoyed we parked in their lot after being told to.
The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I never have issues but these beds were another level.
Breakfast was alright and things did seem pretty clean.

The breakfast is so so, and it's quality was average. The food menu in the facility is very limited and quality of the food was poor.The front desk staff was great though. rooms were clean and the cleaning crew was great too.
