Reservé a través de una plataforma para el período vacacional de semana santa 4 habitaciones dobles, el día de hoy llegamos a hacer el check in y solo nos dijeron que la reservación había sido cancelada, aun y cuando imprimieron los comprobantes de mi reservación en ese momento, situación que jamás se me notificó, viajé acompañada de mi familia (entre ellos dos menores de edad) y la única solución que ofrecieron fue "reacomodarnos" en un motel aledaño, o rentarnos una "suite" en $4,000.00 con dos camas, al parecer no respetaron las reservaciones y ofertaron las habitaciones aprovechándose de que es temporada alta. Mismo caso de unas personas que llegaron unos minutos después de nosotros. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PÉSIMO TRATO AL CLIENTE Y PÉSIMA DISPOSICIÓN POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL A CARGO DE RESOLVER EL INCONVENIENTE, PERSONAL PREPOTENTE. NO RECOMENDABLE.

La alberca estaba sucia, no se podía utilizar y no estaba climatizada como se supone, el restaurante solo tenía dos opciones de comida (carnitas y barbacoa) y no estaba en las instalaciones del hotel (estaba cruzando el estacionamiento, no era cómodo el acceso). Estaban haciendo trabajos de construcción y el ambiente no era amigable, no había gente, había muchas hormigas. Faltaba mantenimiento al hotel. Yo esperaba descansar en el hotel sin salir para que mi familia disfrutara de las instalaciones y no se pudo, todos los días tuvimos que salir a otros lados a comer y a buscar alguna alberca.
El precio es muy alto para lo que se ofrece (solo llegar a dormir).

Hacer las reservaciones es prácticamente imposible, cuando uno llama al hotel se escucha que contestan y simplemente cuelgan el teléfono sin siquiera dar el saludo. Si no quieren recibir huéspedes para qué se promocionan. Otras opciones de hoteles cercanos sí dan la atención.

Me encanta este hotel, trato divino a los animales, lugar sencillo pero muy agusto Les falta servicio en el restaurante de la alberca, pero puedes llevar tus cosas ya que no hay quien atienda. El jardín muy lindo, me gustó el tamaño de habitación

piden descorche obligatorio por bebidas,
sin embargo, las bebidas que ellos venden son muy limitadas.
no tienen alimentos despues de las 6pm, y no hay opciones de alimentos cerca de la propiedad, el mas cercano a 7 min en auto.
dicen que no admiten mascotas mayores de 15kg sin embargo los huespedes si llevaban perros de raza grande ( yo no lleve por eso al mio, sin embargo si pude haberlo llevado) -aplican las reglas que quieren-
el roomservice, extremadamente tardado.

Es bonito y muy tranquilo todo muy natural mucho contacto con la naturaleza quiza el unico problema es que los aires acondionados son muy pequeños para el tamaño de la habitacion
