Stayed July 2022. Delux double room with sea view. On arrival reception staff non welcoming (no smiles, no chat). Very unusual for this hotel stayed before 2018. Booked Delux room, disappointed to say the least, there’s a theme here on suite bathroom tiny, a shower which you could not fit in, balcony also very small(with air con unit on balcony) and smallest TV I’ve seen since 1980 and very basic room. However room kept very clean and cleaner very good and pleasant. But for her it would have been 2/5. View outstanding. Breakfast disappointing, very basic, staff appeared unhappy enough said. Swimming pool very good although not as clean as previously and not enough sun beds for guests, also noticed a number of non residents using facilities. Car park a shambles and litter bins overflowing for 3 days(easily sorted). Suspect we weren’t given a delux room (208). Sorry won’t be back.

Very Good. Room clean, Ocean view. Nice Restaurant just crossing the street. Excellent breakfast. For the price, you can't ask for more. Only backdraw is checkout at 10.30am

Semplice , ancora da rifinire alcune cose ma gentilissimi nell accogliere il cliente . Ci siamo stati diverse volte e sempre accolti benissimo le camere hanno una veduta su Sanremo unica , sono accoglienti e pulite . La colazione è un punto di forza . Penso che tra qualche tempo , una volta ultimate le ultime cose da sistemare, potrà diventare un punto di forza di questa zona . Dimenticavo a 5 min dal centro , comodissimo.

3 übernachtungen im Januar haben uns überzeugt: Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereits. Das Zimmer stets sauber und gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Séjour du dimanche 31 au 4 janvier 2024. Bon emplacement avec vue mer, pour le petit déjeuner. Stationnement possible à l'hôtel, sinon juste à côté un grand parking, pour les motos un emplacement abrité. Juste en dessous de l'hôtel une superbe piste cyclable et piétonne longeant la côte. L'accueil souriant et aimable ainsi que le personnel de la propreté. Je recommande cet hôtel à 4km du centre de San Remo.

Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais un accueil chaleureux et un petit déjeuner correct.
Nécessite d'y venir en voiture car il se trouve un peu à l'écart du centre-ville.

Hotel propre, chambre propre, rien à dire. Petit bémol sur la clim bruyante et la literie , l’un des lits sur les deux chambres réservées est inconfortable. Sinon hôtel qui ne ressemble pas aux hôtels de grandes chaînes, esprit familial à l’ancienne. Personnel souriant et serviable. J’y retournerais.
