What a stay - what a hotel!! We have just returned from an excellent road trip along the coast of France and Italy and The Royal Hotel Sanremo was the highlight of our accommodation. A true 5 star hotel by any standards. Safe and secure parking for our cars, excellent service, fresh and cold beer and snacks, a perfect dinner recommendation, a 5 star spa, a first rate breakfast and all combined with a luxury room and sea view. Special thanks to Adrian on reception who booked us dinner at Flipper seafood restaurant in town and took care of our needs during the stay. Worthy of a mention of its own is the Spa facilities which felt brand new and incredibly clean. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I just want to thank everyone at miramare for the most incredible trip. As soon as we reached San remo from nice we were treated with the best service the whole stay. Although the rooms were small and there was no restaurants in the hotel, the staff made it up by being incredibly kind and wonderful to be around. They helped plan every minute of our trip; where to visit what to eat there and everything we could do. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Elizabeth ,who still checks on us weeks after we left the hotel, always planned with us in the morning and even helped us book our next hotel. She was the sweetest and made sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t thank her enough. Venessa the manager, assisted in us in every way we needed and was also helped us so much. The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and made the food perfect. We will look forward to coming again! Thank you so much for everything! - Al jallaf family

Siamo stati tre notti con la famiglia,veramente un bel hotel,camera molto bella e grande,tutti molto gentili,hotel molto accogliente,a 2 passi dal corso e dall' Ariston,la colazione vale la spesa,l unico neo é il parcheggio che anche se davvero comodo,un po' troppo caro a mio parere,però non so quanto si risparmierebbe se uno la lascia la macchia in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento,ma in ogni caso lo consiglio assolutamente e spero di poterci tornare presto.

I stayed on August 25 with the family. We found it good .how it should be when you rent a apartment,clean,ordered and organized as a hotel room. This host was it !! Clean,Client attention,Handsets,Bathroom,A small hall with water available,Cafe and bricks in the morning.comfortable bed(very important) It is in the center,the only pity that 3 floors with heavy bags remains complicated.but on the site there I'll advise everyone about this disadvantage.

My wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

It was impossible to call the host and to agree on something. On the site it was written that you can pay in cash, and that registration ends at 21.00. We planned to come to 14.40, but only got on a later train, so were on the spot near 19.00. We waited 20 minutes when someone came to us and eventually we were told that our reservation was cancelled and sold to other people. We were indulgently offered to stay in a room like a plaster. We were too tired to argue about anything. Two days in the road and when you arrive, it is terrible to unpack your suitcases quietly! No help in selecting another option of accommodation was provided to us. As a result, we found another hotel ourselves: at the same price, 200 m from the center and about the same amount from the beach with a spacious room with a refrigerator, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. So, except for the stress experienced, I'm even glad that our reservation was sold in this hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.
