Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel

Very nice for an airport hotel! Rooms were big and well appointed. Lobby bar was very nice with excellent menu.

I love the rooms it’s clean and comfortable the staff is very nice and respectful I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

King size bed was in need of rotating. Felt like sleeping in a hole. I imagine most users of this room sleep on the spot I did. I prefer a firmer bed.

It served it purpose had an early morning flight an we food a great place to stay

Odd smell in room- shower head way too powerful and water got all over floor as a result

The desk clerk gave me a bottle of water when I was coughing. The shuttle was so handy and helpful. Beautiful bar, super clean room, great location!

We scheduled our stay at the Sheraton for the night after flying back from the Bahamas. We were scheduled to arrive in RIC at about midnight but our Jet Blue Flight had been delayed more than 3 hours when leaving Fort Lauderdale. We were originally scheduled to arrive around midnight. When we realized we were going to be arriving later, we called the Hotel and we were told that the courtesy shuttle stops running at 1 am - no exceptions (Other hotels around RIC say their shuttles run till after the last flight arrives). After 1 am we were on our own. If you don't know, Richmond is not Chicago or New York. Alternate transportation does not just "hang" around the airport 24/7 . When were arrived around 2:30 am the only ground transportation available were shuttles to parking lots. Fortunately someone took pity on us and gave us a lift otherwise we still might be sitting there. This sucks on Sheraton's part. Sheraton needs to provide offered services for ground transportation whenever, particularly since their primary business is serving the airport. The room was acceptable. Some major renovations had just been completed to the rooms however the work must have been low bid work. Parts of the work were clearly shoddy and there were parts there was no professional care put into it.

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. Top notch property. There was not a single thing that either of us could negatively. Great staff, room, amenities, food, grounds etc. Exceeded all expectations AND we most definitely will return.
