Upon checking in, i was ignored by a male behind the counter for nearly 5 minutes befire the manager came through and asked if i had been helped yet. When i told him no, he told the gentleman to help me check in. I was welcomed with a bad attitude and negativity when trying to check in. When we got into our room the first glance was nice. Cleaner then another hotel we previously stayed at. Until we shut the door and there was over an inch gap where you could see through. The curtain was broken and would not shut. The shower curtain holder and curtain also were broken and water sprayed everywhere. The water was nice and hot though. There were small bugs like ants, that were everywhere. I would not recommend staying here although it is close to the airport. Not worth the grime. The night shift and room cleaners were very pleasant though

Average at best hotel. The pool is tiny and out by a high traffic road, pictures are deceiving. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Only one electrical socket worked to plug in my chargers. All the others, the plug fell out of the socket!!

Staff were friendly and good at the desk. Easy to get to hotel from airport, especially driving a rental through unknown streets at 11:00 PM. The elevator made disturbing scraping sounds and did not show the floor number inside the elevator. The tub faucet continually dripped. Breakfast was good.

RUN RUN RUN!!!! Since my sisters had a very early flight back home Saturday morning, and I live 3 hours away from the airport, we decided to stay at this location, as we had stayed here almost 7 years ago with no problems. First off, when paying for our stay, I presented cash to the young lady behind the counter who rudely stated "we don't take cash". No problem, no need for attitude, just handed her my credit card. Tiny ants/bugs in room on door knobs and counter tops in bathroom, air conditioner smelled like mold, busted toilet seat, plugs couldn't even be used to charge our phones. We had to place them on the countertop in bathroom as that was the only place the outlets worked. They sell snacks by the side of the reservation desk that you have to pay "cash only" for, but they have no way to give you change if you purchase anything as my sister had only $20.00 and the clerk rudely told her "well, I guess you can't buy anything". ?? Wonder if the vendor knows that they are losing money?? Not sure why 3 cleaning ladies were on our floor as our shoes kept sticking to the rugs as we walked and they looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for 7 years. When I went to go get coffee down in lobby before leaving, the clerk didn't even look up when I said good morning to him and the coffee station looked as if it hadn't been wiped down/cleaned for weeks. Yes, it's convenient to airport but if you want to bring home some friends in your luggage, then this is the place for YOU!!!!

The property is in need of upgrades the outlets are all wore out and trying to plug something in to charge was very difficult. The entire place is wore out and needs work.

the faucets all leaked and it sounded like a sink was filling up all night. The walls were paper thin and the air conditioner was far too noisy.

Clean hotel…. But got in shower and had NO warm or hot water. Got to hotel late and was bummed. How does this happen.

This property is listed at a Best Western Plus. I have stayed at other Best Western Plus locations and this one was no where near the Plus part of this brand. It was evident that this is an older hotel which is fine, but it is “tired” looking. New paint would help. Proper care of facilities would also help. Carpet is outdated in the halls. In our room part of the veneer was missing off TV stand. The sink was cracked, the toilet ran constantly and was missing a cover on an attaching bolt. Overall it was very disappointing based on the cost. I used ******* points for part of the payment, but even after that the price for the stay was way too much. I was also concerned that exterior doors other than the main entrance to the parking lot were not secure or require a room key to enter. The location was convenient for a late arriving flight, but that is about the most positive thing I can say about this location. I definitely would not recommend this location.

Bathroom toilet was dirty. Shower dripped and water wasn't hot. Not worth $300 a night. If I paid a $100 I wouldn't have been surprised by the state of things.

The person at the desk was very helpful with information and suggestions. The main downside was that the public areas smelled like dogs.

Nice place to stay. It is a little older and has had some repairs and paint. But is clean and staff is great
