Aqua Breeze Inn

It was easy to get to, and neighborhood was safe. It was quieter than I thought it would be for NYE.

Needs update to the rooms. Bed was not comfortable. Location was good. Walking distance to the pier and boardwalk. I like the patio seating.

Online I thought it was going to be a good motel but upon arrival we noticed out door didn’t close all the way and that it was rotted and rusted. Then when we got ready for bed at about midnight we noticed something on our 6 year olds bed. There was what looked like blood stains and dirt and when we brought it up to the front desk they refused to give us a refund. We ended up leaving a night early after we had already booked the reservation and they would not allow us to have our refund. We had MULTIPLE ******* agents speak to the manager and when they would call me back after speaking with the manager they would mention how rude and uncaring they were about the situation and absolutely refused even though I had photos of the condition and unsafe room we were in. My fiance had gone down to speak to the manager and he had completely dismissed us and ignored us. I will say as someone who worked for motels for years this was beyond unprofessional and the room definitely was the worst condition I had ever seen. Choose anything else if possible.

Well if you're looking for a place to crash for a night or two and don't care about hearing noise or other people, it's only okay. I unfortunately had a room where it was right at the stairway on a Friday and Saturday night and was not pleased with the amount of noise. Noisy partying people, and people going up and down the stairs. Also it seems someone is living in the room above, and a few times it sounded like a kid was jumping through the floor it was so loud. I actually yelled up once and they stopped. I was on business travel and wasn't in the room much other than to sleep, so wasn't totally restful but I did sleep when it was quiet. Also the bed, a little springy, not the best but not the worst. Seemed like old mattress. Oh and one night I did hear some let's say morning couple shenanigans at like 7am the first morning through the walls... :/

Convenient. Wasn’t dirty. Nothing special. I had a room to fit six people. And we had two cars. However, it’s only one car per room allowed to park in their lot which was inconvenient.

Very affordable and very close to boardwalk. The only complaint that we have was that nobody was in office the morning of checkout. We tried to get coffee and no one around. Did not answer the phone either. We tried from 6am until 7:45 when we checked out. Good thing there was not an emergency!

The only bad thing I found was that there was a coffee machine but no coffee. Luckily there was a restaurant just 3 minutes away for breakfast and coffee!

If you want to be close to the Boardwalk, this is the place! It is also close to many restaurants and not that far from UCSC.

The pictures make it much nicer than it is person. We had to pay a fee to check in 2 hours early even though the room was clean and ready to go. There were bags of garbage left in front of our room for hours and when I asked them if they could pick it up it was like I was being extra. They said they clean and leave the bags in front of rooms then pick them all up, but there were 3 giant garbage bags only in front of our room. Also, the door didn’t go all the way to the ground so we had to put a towel down to close the gap. The paint was chipping on the paint and the bathroom floors were so dirty. I would not stay there again.
