The hotel is very quiet, the air conditioner is not noisy, and the isolation is very good. It is a very good hotel and very comfortable. The breakfast is not bad, the waiters are also enthusiastic, and the overall feeling is very good.

Property it’s ok but lacks updating. Our room shower was missing a door stopper to enter the restroom, the door handle will hit the shower glass door pretty hard making it dangerous; I reported this as a very concerning maintenance issue but in 2 days no one ever came. To fix it, the shower had an also a few dirty spots and there were no trash bags in the trash cans. I bit dissatisfied for a Fairfield property, not worth the the money I paid

When a fire broke out right outside the hotel, the manager on duty was nowhere to be found. None of the guests were provided directions as to how to remain safe. The guest protocol for security and safety was violated. When I discussed this with the main hotel manager, her response was “we can’t be on duty 24/7. We all have a life and families.” There was no attempt for the hotel to take responsibility for their lack of supervision and customer care during this crisis which occurred around midnight. All if the guests were miffed, traumatized and inconvenienced in this ordeal. I want my room refunded in full and complimentary Marriott Bonvoy points added to my account. This event was terribly mismanaged. Potentially litigious for each guest.

Very clean and modern room. Went during a snowstorm and the thermometer kept us nice and cozy. Pet friendly was a bonus.

Overall our family stay was good. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and service was good. Convenient place and area. The AC or heater (fan) in the room wasn’t keeping the temperature at the desired temperature.
The pool needs cleaning and would be better since winter weather to keep the water temperature higher.

Staff was great, rooms weee clean, and the bed was comfortable. Just wish the walk had been thicker so I couldn’t hear the people next door all night long.

My daughter and I drove down from Denver for a weekend. The hotel was fine. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were awful, though. Why can't hotels have decent pillows? The view from our room was of the run-down trailer park, so very disappointing to say the least. We couldn't open the drapes because it was a direct view into our room. There were very bright lights outside at night and our drapes didn't keep it out. The location was convenient.
