"We were passing through on our way home to Germany from Puglia. I chose the hotel because it offered a room for four people near the motorway at a very good price. The reception staff were very friendly. We had room 104. The room was perfectly adequate for sleeping, with a nice, new bathroom and a large balcony. Even in April, it was completely quiet there. We slept well and then continued our journey."

"This was a very satisfying business trip stay. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the company I needed to visit and the subway station. There are also plenty of casual dining options and cafes nearby, making it convenient for business meals or personal meals, significantly saving commuting time. Environment & Facilities: The lobby has a dedicated business area, making check-in efficient. The room design is simple and practical, with a spacious desk, soft and bright lighting, and fast internet speed, making document processing and video conferencing no problem at all. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. Service & Details: The staff were very professional, proactively asking if I needed an invoice and expense report upon check-out. Room service was prompt, quickly providing extra bottled water and ironing service. The breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying and nutritious start to the day. Overall, this hotel excels in meeting core business travel needs, with excellent facilities and efficient service. It will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip."

"One pillow was wrinkled and the other had a large, obvious stain; they hadn't been changed even after a week. I didn't dare take off my pajamas and coat to sleep. It felt like a miserable existence, spending nearly 2,000 yuan a night during the exhibition. The facilities were like a guesthouse; the breakfast was mediocre, though some were passable, so you had to arrive early. There was a small balcony outside the window that had a nice Italian feel, but it was all thanks to the neighboring building that it looked so good. The good thing was its proximity to the beach and the abundance of restaurants nearby, most of which were quite good. In short, hotel prices in Rimini skyrocketed during the exhibition. *********** was cheaper, but my companion's booking on *********** was inexplicably canceled a few hours before check-in, and the hotel was fully booked. I was rushing to catch a flight and didn't notice, but they eventually found a solution and arranged for me to stay at another hotel within the same group."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. Our train was cancelled due to circumstances completely outside our control, meaning we were unable to reach the hostel. We contacted them immediately, explained the situation clearly, and politely asked if there was any possibility of a refund or even a partial refund. Instead of receiving a response from a real person, we were sent an automated message that didn’t answer a single one of our questions. It felt like nobody had even read our email. There was no empathy, no attempt to help, and no customer service whatsoever. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but the least I expected was a genuine response from someone willing to consider our situation. Being ignored and sent a generic template after losing both our transport and accommodation costs was extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend staying here. Customer service is tested when things go wrong, and unfortunately this hostel failed that test completely."
