Just back from this hotel we were there for four days after cruise this hotel is so central to everything on the coast with the atlantic waves rolling in hotel could do with revamp but the room we had on premier room basis was immaculate witn a veranda with a view to the waves rolling in room no 1009 couldnt fault it staff are great restaurant a bit hit and miss but bloody marys or champars for breaky cant be bad and peurto de la cruiz is a great place everything handy mcds chinese all types of places to eat and drink would highly reccomend hotel and place

Lovely room comfy beds nice thick towels room cleaned daily . restaurant plenty of choice not always hot but no buffet style food is but there is a microwave if you wish to use it. meat and a fish option cooked in front of you every night along with the various other hot options staff very helpful .gardens are Immaculate, pool and sunbeds area well kept no saving sunbeds which is nice . no one putting towels on before breakfast and then not using them till lunch, life guard very friendly and helpful.reception staff very helpful and friendly.ALL STAFF a credit to the hotel if you are looking for a reasonable priced hotel with excellent staff in a prime location then look no further

Staff very helpful - The bathroom was not suitable for disabled so they installed drop down arms either side of the Wc. The food is good. If you want a sea-view, bear in mind that the ‘Lido’ bar opposite plays music with a mind numbing bass beat all day until late at night.

The hotel is well managed with quality staff, to make relaxing holidays, we had a balcony facing the pool and gardens which are kept lovely, Mingo the Lifeguard would always have a smile and say hello in his friendly way. We was on half Board, the food was on the whole ok you wont starve, its a buffet with a cooking station with fish and meats done in front of you, pasta, pizzas rice dishes etc and with various hot dishes on the buffet, the tables are generally cleared away promptly not like some hotels. The reception area is open plan and kept clean with friendly people welcoming you to and from the hotel, I got to know one lady called Anay, she seemed to be on at all times of day and night and I always stopped a for a chat and test my Spanish, but I got to know all the reception staff Virginia, Alfredo and Oscar to name a few. The Hotels main selling point is the location, right on the sea front on level ground for anybody with walking difficulties its perfect, and the staff.

We booked this hotel as part of the cheapest package holiday we could find. Having read through multiple reviews, we (26, young professionals) arrived with the lowest expectations and were pleasantly surprised before even walking though the door. The location? Perfect. Incredible accessibility to excursions to get out and about around the island. Cleanliness? Impeccable. Staff? Patient and kind throughout our stay. The variety of breakfast and dinner was also wide and suited us fine. While sea-facing views do tend to have some noise from the bars below, this tended to shut off around 11pm. We had some cheap foam earplugs which did the trick if we wanted an earlier night. The views are wonderful (picture attached). Our only point of contention - the cocktails are bad. Bring your own drinks to the pool (discreetly) or head to the Gramophone round the corner for a good mixed drink. The fact that people have written that no young people should come here baffles us. We had a fabulous time. Value for money has been fantastic. We had a great time and hope to be back soon.

I've stayed at this hotel for a month for the last three years & the only fault I can find is the lack of heating in the rooms that get cold at night & early morning. The HVAC units are installed but old & in need of referb or replacement. WiFi also needs a tweek as it cuts in & out. UK TV channels 46 & 47 (BBC1 & ITV also packed up after 2 weeks & still wern't working 2 weeks later when I left. Proberly the best part of the hotel is the staff who never fail to please. Will I stay again next year? "Highly likely"!
