The view from the room is very good, but there are too many steps of different heights on the way from the reception to the guest room, so it is not recommended for friends with limited mobility.

The staff was exceptional and the hotel has amazing views. We were there for a week and we didn’t want to leave. Kostas and Yainis were so helpful and nice during our stay. We will definitely go back. The rooms were so nice and clean and the private pool and hot tub was very relaxing.

When planning our trip to Santorini, my wife and I weren’t sure what we’d like best between the food, the sunsets, the water excursions, or Oia itself; we had no idea our favorite part would be the hotel. This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is absolutely stunning and there’s not a square inch of any room or public space that wastes it. Every room maximizes the views and the entire property naturally ebbs and flows with the caldera making for a truly beautiful premises. We were upgraded to a Wet Allure suite—I can’t recommend this enough as it allows you to enjoy the views from a private hot tub. Some of our best nights in Santorini were just spent watching the cruise ships leave and the sunset catamarans head out from the comfort of the balcony. But the true stars of Mystique are the staff. They effortlessly make every guest feel valued and by the end of the stay we felt many of them truly knew us and our needs. As a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, I feel that Mystique set the standard for service across the brand. Special shoutout to Alexandros at the pool bar for being a great resource for information on all things Greece, be it cocktails or otherwise.

Had a fabulous stay here. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice and unique. The view is out of this world. Also, the restaurant is really good. The food was amazing, every single thing I ate. I also did a private wine tasting in their "secret cave" and had a great time. The spa is small, but tranquil, had the best spa services there. The pool is small but nice, with a great bar with amazing drinks. The only thing I would suggest is understand that this property sits on the side of a cliff and there is a lot of stairs and climbing you'll be doing. But aside from that, amazing propery.

We had the most wonderful time at Mystique in Santorini, having eloped to marry the great love of my life after six years together. Having gone straight from the bodybuilding world championships in Romania known as IFBB Masters, Olympia, we were greeted by the most kind Greek people on the planet . Our wedding planner, Dimitra Bratika assured everything went to perfection. They generously upgraded our stay, and every day we were gifted delightful morning and afternoon treats, organic breakfast, insane sunset views, and had the most romantic wedding overlooking the Caldera, and all the ancient beauty and wonder that words, nor pictures could sufficiently capture alone. This is a must have experience. Dimitra took us in town to tan authentic coffee shop. She had the island best manicurist & make up artist arrive to the hotel to transform me into a flawless bride. She assured we had top-notch photography and videography. We had original Greek musicians for our wedding, spectacular flower arrangements, scrumptious cake, and epic Hotel multicourse, five star finger licking dinner. Our villa had its own infinity pool, hot tub, jaw dropping views. we had spectacular massages by the hotel staff, and every single person on that property was genuinely lovely, greeted us with smiles and happy gestures. Our wedding planner gifted us a handmade painting, Dimitra is exclusively at Mystique, our planner and artist, has such a uniquely beautiful mind and huge heart. I cannot recommend Mystique enough!! My husband and I had our wedding at Mystique in November and it was perfect! All of the staff at Mystique are incredibly helpful. The food was very good and I couldn't have asked for a better location! We got married at the Aegean Balcony. Dimitra and Antonia helped plan the wedding and were so great and easy to work with! These ladies made our wedding a dream come true and Mystique was the perfect hotel to get married at in Santorini ❤️ Dimitra and Antonia helped me secure flowers, photographers/videographers, confirm timings, and so much more! These ladies went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly on our special day and I couldn't be more grateful!

HORRIFIC .. . TOXIC chemical reaction, improperly maintained hot tub that resulted in bodily injuries to 3 children. The fundamental rights of hotel guests cover various crucial areas such as a clean and secure environment, privacy, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, our experience at Mystique in Greece fell short in prioritizing our safety and delivering on what was promised. It was evident that their concern for our well-being was lacking, and the discrepancy between what was advertised and what we received was starkly evident. Each child suffered allergic reactions (see attached photo) from the chemicals used in the hot tub that was on our balcony. The manager admitted to the fact that the scent was so strong that we could not even stand 8 feet from the hot tub and discuss the situation. Unfortunately we were unaware that the children had used the hot tub initially, as they are great swimmers and jumped right in. They were not able to stay in but a few minutes b/c the toxic smell that immediately made them feel ill. We provided evidence of a brand new swimsuit that had been damaged due to the chemical reaction, one that occurs with direct contact with chlorine. However, the constant narrative that they only use chemicals that are allowed. Misuse of chemicals, unawareness of how to use chemicals and/or inappropriate amounts can create a level of toxicity that is not safe. The plastic cover on the hot tub created the perfect environment for the chemical reaction, given the hot weather and improper chemicals and/or amounts of each chemical. We asked to have the chemicals tested in front of us, to which we were denied. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE SKIN ISSUES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULT FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE. We paid over $15,000 for our 4 night stay and almost 500,000 Marriott points which are valued at about $4000 USD. This was the most horrific experience at any property we have ever utilized. What was supposed to be a once and a lifetime trip, and an anniversary celebration turned into a nightmare. They offered us 10,000 points which = $30 US which was highly insulting to say the least.

Not only an amazing hotel and location it comes with a team of staff who are elite. Rooms were very clean, accommodating and communication was easy via WhatsApp for anything you required 24/7. Breakfast was delicious overlooking the water, the gym is also perfect for the morning engine starter.

Wow, what an absolute dream our elopement at Mystique in Oia was! Dimitra, our amazing wedding planner, made it all happen seamlessly. We're based in California, but Dimitra made the distance a non-issue with her super quick responses and top-notch communication skills. Her expertise was invaluable as she guided us through flower, decor, cake options, and more, ensuring our vision was flawlessly brought to life. It all turned out exactly as we'd hoped! Dimitra's calming attitude made our special day stress-free, allowing us to truly savor every moment. Her attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions ensured that everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. And let's talk about Mystique! The Agean Balcony where we said "I do" was straight out of a postcard—so picturesque and a venue that epitomizes the romance of Santorini. The hotel staff treated us like royalty, from our stay to our wedding night dinner. Their genuine warmth made the whole experience even more incredible. Huge thanks to Dimitra and the entire Mystique team for giving us a wedding day beyond our wildest dreams!!

Our five nights at Mystique were an absolute dream come true! We were lucky to get the air of mystery villa which truly has views that will soothe the soul. We had a hard time leaving the views to want to do anything else on the island. Breakfast delivery to our veranda was a huge bonus and unforgettable. October is a great time to visit Santorini. Less crowded and better weather. Thank you Mystique for making dreams come true and magical memories of a lifetime.

Excellent stay at Mystique. Room and view were beautiful, attentive concierge staff, spa on site. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel has a car service that is very quick and convenient. Great location, walking distance to all points of interest in Oia.

We had an absolutely dreamy stay at Mystique! The room was wonderfully comfortable, the ambience was enchanting, and the location was simply perfect. However, what truly stood out was the breakfast; it was not only fantastic but a delightful start to each day. The staff's attentiveness and pleasant demeanor made our stay even more memorable. It was wonderful to have added small tastes of culinary surprise left in our room upon arrival and the subsequent days of our stay. It was a truly luxurious stay and I can't wait to return!

Cons - Room was cave like. Low ceilings. Nowhere to sit. Bathroom vanity had two huge bowl sinks. Nowhere to put toiletries. Tiny shower. No hooks. Small closet. Very treacherous stairs from street to our room. Pros - The view. The staff. The setting. Lots of complimentary bottled water. Great turn down service.
