Great views from both sides: once to the see side and another one the airport of Sanya. There is a river close to the hotel. It is lovely to sit at night on a balcony and enjoying the nice views. Hospitality and service are great, different choices of food, more Chinese cuisine. Managers are doing great job. Also, there is a shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. There are restaurants in the hotel, as well as there is a mall with restaurants, pharmacy and go-mart shop. I would come to this hotel again.

The second night I stayed, when I checked in at noon the day before, I told the front desk that it was okay and I repeated the confirmation that I needed to pick up the airport at 7 am the next morning. When I arrived in the lobby the next morning, there was no car and asked the front desk yesterday. Without registration, I don’t understand how the front desk staff treated work the day before. I can forget this kind of thing. Fortunately, if I have enough time, I’ll miss the flight.

Hotel staff was very friendly and can speak basic English. I went early for checkin at 11:45 pm and my room which I booked was not cleaned so room was upgraded to premium room for free where sea view was good and sea can be seen 180 degrees.Beach is just few minutes walk from the hotel. I stayed in that hotel for two nights but mine bed sheets were not changed. There were some stingy strains on the floor nearby bed and also on mirror in bathroom. There was small hole in my bed sheet. There was no refrigerator in the room so I requested them to use hotel staff refrigerator to put my food. Mine air conditioner was not working well so I requested them to fix it and it was fixed. Other then that I had very good experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to others if they work on negatives when I’ve mentioned above.

The hotel has a very good location and the room are really spacious and well prepared. It was very clean and everyday they came and clean the room deeply. A unique experience with a warm welcome and a very nice and wonderful service from Ian Lan! (Speaking english), he helps us everyday and arrange everything for us. Any questions, he can answer. And he also anticipates our needs which more than perfect! One improvement that the hotel should do is to improve the offer for lunch and dinner. A little bit more possibilities will be great. (We are also in china and lot of possibilities around for deliveries anyway)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite it only being for one night. The hotel was actually split into two: the hotel building where you find the lobby, restaurants and various amenities, then the hotel room complex across the road - little villa type housing with individual hotel rooms and pretty outdoor pool. The room we stayed in was spacious, if a little dated in terms of room decor. Staff were as supportive and friendly as they could be. But the hotel’s amenities (mainly the gym) were worse than expected. When we asked hotel staff where the gym was, they happily directed us to it (a couple of floors up from the lobby, on a floor that looked like it was going through renovation). It was a small fitness room that was dirty, had non-functional machines (but no word from hotel staff or signage to say not to use the machines that we could see) and no AC. I tried turning on the treadmill, only to see it go from 0-20 with a second (thankfully I wasn’t standing on it!). Bit of a shame. One thing we loved about this hotel, and the room we stayed in was the close proximity to the beach. We could walk there within a minute!

I definitely will come back to this hotel in the future and recommend to anyone who is considering of booking . BTW the garden courtyard and the oversized swimming pool are so fantastic.

It is convenient to travel to the ends of the earth and the West Island. It is very convenient to go to Tianya Town. The room comes with family style breakfast. It tastes good and feels like home. The child has a cold. The boss even accidentally cooked Chaos. Full of love. You can also take your little friends to watch the plane take off. It’s really suitable for bringing children, and it’s highly cost-effective to recommend to friends!

This hotel is very basic and old. There were some DIY fixes in the room. The shower and toilet has no separation. The highlight of this hotel is the area. So close to the beach. In my opinion this is the best part of Sanya . So quiet and not many tourists. The hotel had a little convenience store which was very nice and well~priced. There is a nice Viet-Thai restaurant nearby as well as a burger king, starbucks and KFC. Reception was nice and helpful. If I ever visit Sanya again, I would book this hotel for the Location, but next time I will book a room with an open balcony.
