不遠千里衝著點評民宿的泳池和絕佳的自帶泳池家庭房過來，結果就是池子裏水是乾的，泳池水很臟，房間是還沒來及打掃，等了1小時搞好進去，才開業的很多東西不完善，親子房每個床衹有一個枕頭，抱枕地毯都很臟，房間沒有掛衣服的，門也是壞的，挺失望的，島上商業都在外圍，中間是漁民本來島不大

怎麼説呢 服務需要再提升一些 ，我們第二天續訂了其他房間 前台愣生生要讓我等到兩點以後才給辦理、行 然後那房間投影儀有問題愣生生地等了倆小時才給我修。 工作人員服務態度真的不夠走心

室內裝修還可以，我住挺裡邊的店，地理位置不好，海邊有個店，攜程下單時顯示有5間房，訂完打電話，會告訴你，海邊的沒有房了，島裏面有，住裏麪店走出來，挺遠的，吃個飯啥，買個東西進進出出走的挺累挺的

環境差，剛裝修好，房間全是甲醛味道特別是對小孩孕婦不好，管家服務態度不好，離海邊特別遠，民宿在村子裏，性價比特別低，這種價位在淡季三亞可以住別墅了，房間浴缸漏水漏床邊來，西島別的民宿都比這家性價比要高，不要住這一家。

民宿非常值得推薦，首先服務，提前一天會拉羣，告知一些事項，當天下了船就可以在羣裏聯繫然後有專車來接直接帶到民宿，司機服務也很好，民宿也不遠幾分鐘就到了，房間的話是榻榻米床墊床，因為帶孩子，兩個床還可以拼在一起防止掉床，下午會組織統一時間帶着去牛王嶺趕海看日落，還有工具提供，孩子體驗感很棒，最重要的是有早餐，出門旅行孩子吃飯很不好解決，這裡有早餐可以解決一大問題，店裡也直接可以租電動車來逛島，電動車有小問題民宿工作人員也會及時解決，總之很棒的民宿！再次感歎西島的美，分層的玻璃海，美到失語！

觀光車碼頭接送服務:下船後走到指定位置，他們會安排車來接送
趕海位置接送:這邊每天下午都有車接送去看日落，還有提供的趕海工具都是不要錢的
公共區域基本上都在3樓1樓沒什活動
設施：設備有些需要再添加一些

這邊酒店幫我們免費做了一個升級，是帶一個小露台的房間，裏面有投影，有浴缸，而且有放一次性拖鞋和涼拖鞋，都是消過毒的，入住的時候就有出來接送，這邊早餐是自助的，品類還是蠻多的，服務也不錯！

西島的海水很清很藍，玻璃海特別漂亮，在島上可以租一個電瓶車，然後沿着海邊公路玩兒，真的很介意，晚上的時候我們住的這家酒店旁邊就有燒烤到海邊各喝些啤酒蠻舒服的，房間的話他們設計的很有特色
