還可以吧，就是小區裏面的居民房，走路到海邊大概十多分鐘，海邊也有百花谷商場，小區有泳池，不過也沒人游泳，在那附近價格算便宜了，所以適合我窮遊的人，不過老闆挺好的，我本來定了一晚，後來漲價了好幾十，老闆還是原價租給我的

環境很好，樓下就是免費泳池，離海邊很近，附近吃的玩的很多，旁邊有租電動車的，出行很方便，屬實物美價廉

老闆人很好，電視打不開親自上樓來修，房間舒適度好，樓下有泳池，小區環境優美，離亞龍灣海邊單車幾分鐘到，步行十幾二十幾分鐘，近亞泰和百花谷市場，吃飯方便
