首先就是位置太偏了，應該是還沒有開發好，附近都是爛尾樓，而且也不屬於三亞了，離三亞市區也很遠了，説離蜈支洲島近，打車也要100多，1個多小時，打車司機都找不到，應該是新租的地方，住的人也很少，一開始幾天特熱情，幫忙領着去附近的飯店或者包接送去附近的地方溜達，但讓我意想不到的是，床單不小心搞臟了居然説要扣我們費用，去住酒店難道還要自己買個被褥？難道你們床單就不洗麼？不搞臟就不換了？

酒店外觀蠻好的，雖然路程偏了些還好進來看還是別有洞天，泳池有兩個，房間也挺大的，服務人員蠻好的，走的時候還送我們到大門口，就是早餐雞蛋是溏心蛋，我喜歡煮好的那種。一個小美女還送我們去海邊，步行三分鐘就到了，這片海域很安靜，海灘也很好，可以過來待上一陣子。

樓下泳池很好 很乾凈，有工作人員也在及時打撈。 但是實話實説 房子很大 但是床鋪是非常乾淨的。陽台風景很美。可以在這兒吃個下午茶 很愜意。這個位置非常好 距離哪都不遠。要是想來住一天的話 完全沒有問題！

適合自駕，雖然行政上屬於陵水，但離海棠灣特別近，但價格便宜了很多。很安靜，有泳池，孩子玩得不亦樂乎。停車方便，還免費，出門吃飯有一條街，吃的挺多，價格合理，但海鮮不知道。

房間很大，乾淨整潔，老闆還給免費升級了雙床房，兩個1米5的床三人住非常寬敞，離海邊走路5分鐘，走到萬麗也就10分鐘，海邊有打卡的景點可以拍照，非常不錯。
