The Taikang Sanya, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

This hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly resort. The facilities are brand new and the service is excellent, with a very strong sense of design. The kids absolutely loved the zip-line and grass-sledding in the valley garden. The large slide in the children's pool was a hit with both parents and kids – it was quite thrilling! The cakes and pastries at breakfast were very good, and the vanilla ice cream was delicious. It would be even better if the noodle station had some garlic oil. The evening ceremony was also very nice, both visually appealing and interactive. It's a bit of a distance from the beach, but you just cross the road and walk through a boardwalk in the protective forest. There are streetlights all the way at night, so it's not too far. The beach is quite gentle, and you can catch some decent-sized sand crabs. The only downside was that the foot-washing station at the main entrance didn't have any water when we returned.

Fantastic facilities! The hotel's public areas are incredibly well-designed, complemented by lush greenery throughout the interior 🪴. The lemon 🍋 service was thoughtful and attentive. Every photo taken turned out beautifully. The gym was also fully equipped.

This hotel boasts an excellent design, and the rooms are quite unique. The bathroom and bathtub are at opposite ends, with the sink and wardrobe in between. They even provide a proper desk, and there's a drying rack on the balcony, which is perfect for us since we frequently need to change clothes for swimming. There are two pools, one large and one small, both spacious and very enjoyable for swimming. The indoor kids' club has a lovely color scheme and offers many activities, but unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so the outdoor facilities weren't really usable due to the rain. The hotel also offers airport pick-up and a laundry room, both of which are extremely practical.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, despite its misleading name! I had a wonderful and satisfying three-night stay. The room was spacious, and I loved that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and delicious! They offer tons of free activities for kids, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The evening ritual was also a lot of fun, and it's super close to Wuzhizhou Island and Houhai Village. Honestly, I have zero complaints! 😭

The room was very clean, and the hotel itself is quite spacious. On the first day, I had a minor issue with my room, and when I mentioned it to the 'Mango Butler' (concierge service), they immediately moved me to a new room and even upgraded me to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise! The concierge offers 24-hour service; I even received prompt replies to messages sent at 11 PM. Excellent service!

This hotel feels very spacious and has a modern design, which instantly brightens your mood. The first room we checked into had a slight odor, but after reporting it, they quickly moved us to a different room. The hotel also has a fantastic evening ritual that's definitely worth experiencing.

The room was nice – warm, bright, and simple, offering great value for money. The butler contacted us in advance, and any issues were resolved quickly. Initially, I didn't think much of it, but after staying at The Edition for more than triple the price, where the room was dark and the service was confusing with no guidance (I had to ask about everything, and even *I* got annoyed, let alone the staff), I realized something. What's the point of facilities and service if the basic design isn't done well? In comparison, my family all agreed that the stay at the Kangtai was more relaxed and comfortable. Even though it's not directly on the beach and you have to cross a road, precisely *because* it's not directly on the beach, the room wasn't damp. You really feel that difference once you're there. The best part is the excellent soundproofing.
