Hotel’s location is great - the first line at the best beach in Hainan: Sanya bay. It takes just 3 minutes to cross the underground tunnel and you find yourself right at the beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful. Staff is helpful. Cleaning is done every day. Unfortunately, despite hotel’s gigantic territory, only 5th part of it can be really used. Although it looks like hotel has 4 swimming pools and ponds, in reality only central one is working. Hot springs are located right next to the majority of hotel rooms, so 14:30-22:00 it’s impossible to relax in the room because big families are all enjoying hot springs, producing plenty of noise. There is no bar at the pool. No lunch and dinner buffet at the hotel. Although my stay here was okay, I’m not planning to visit this hotel again.

We had a really lovely stay. Our room was huge and had an amazing view of the sea and city. The pool is really big, so even when it was busy there was still room for us to swim about. The pool is located in the middle all the buildings, so the pools is shady, which is a positive for me because I burn easy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The only negatives are the breakfast and needing some updated all around. The breakfast is a buffet, but no western options and all the Chinese food was subpar. I won’t pay extra for the breakfast next time. And updates all around, it’s an older location and you can see some things that could be updated. Maybe some paint, replacing a few pieces here and there, etc. But nothing that made our stay negative by any means.

The room is large and clean. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and right next to a food street that has good seafood and bbq options which are affordable and delicious. The hotel also had some small convenience stores in the lobby which were very helpful. The breakfast is not great, to be honest. But this is still a great choice for a large, clean room in a great location for a very good price and a nice pool. We had an excellent stay and view from our balcony! We will be back!

Very new hotel with beautiful rooms. Staff very friendly and trying hard to cope with my low proficiency in Chinese. Cool rooftop swimming pool. Rich breakfast with both Chinese and Western options. The location of the hotel is at a very busy street, which makes the rooms a bit noisy.

Our stay in Pullman Oceanview was just perfect !! 😃😃 Eva was very simpathic and answer all our question (and in English !! what a pleasure !!) The hotel is very nice located, the beach is pleasant and the staff of the beach and the swimming pool is very convenient! As french travelers, we wanted an hotel where we can eat western food and the food was perfect for us during our stay 😍 The breakfast buffet was very cool too for the price, we ate lot of good western things ! I recommend the hotel for all the activities, the location, the sea, the pools, the big rooms, we love it 😍

We enjoyed our stay at the Timton Kangda. It was in a great location (close to the airport and Sanya Bay beach just a minute or so walk away). The pool was lovely and our room was very clean and spacious. Room fixtures and furnishings were a little dated, and you can tell that the entire place needs a bit of TLC, but overall a decent place for the budget. The view from our room was amazing - it was great to be able to see the pool and sea! The thing that let this hotel down for us a little bit was the gym - machines that didn’t work, no AC, floorboards coming up, dirty mats, not even running tap water in the bathroom. When we tried to ask staff for help / to ask why the gym was non-functional, all we got was a shrug...

離鳳凰機場非常近，由於我們是凌晨2:00到，所以選擇了這家。性價比還是很高的。離南山景區、天涯海角、椰夢長廊都還可以。有一個室外泳池和健身房，如果温度再高一些還是很不錯的。 我們訂的是2個房間的套間，兩個房間都很大，床也非常舒服。房間裏有一個弔籃椅小朋友們都很喜歡。 接機服務和早餐稍有些失望。接機是需要自己走到機場底下接機點等待，由於是旺季，人很多，車似乎是拼的。早餐品種不是很多，而且太晚的話一些就沒有了。不過相較於酒店價格，個人感覺還是性價比很高的。 需要注意的是，由於離機場特別近，所以飛機噪音還比較大，如果睡覺較輕的話，謹慎選擇。酒店倒是很貼心的準備了耳塞👍

此次海南行最擔心的就是酒店問題，也是前前後後看了好多家，最終定了這裏。 出行：長者孩子都住得很開心。因為是自駕所以對出行沒有考慮，不過這裏打車啥的也很方便。 衞生：選酒店時將衞生放在了第一位，客房都是一客一換，早上走時就看到阿姨拿着床單去換了。這點比較安心。 環境：客房比較小清新，有一個吊牀，躺上去很舒服。後面有個小泳池，晚上配上燈光超級漂亮，還有秋千和吊牀，小朋友每天晚上都着急回酒店游泳。 服務：前台小姐姐服務熱情，還幫我訂酒店，推薦遊玩景點和美食。 酒店在三亞機場很近，白天應該有飛機飛過，不過我們白天不在酒店，所以感受不到。晚上回酒店睡覺的時候基本沒啥航班了，也感受不到吵鬧，訂這裏之前我也是糾結了很久，但住進來也打消了顧慮。 之前也住過民宿，住過各種商務酒店，住過希爾頓這些五星級酒店，這個價格在旅遊旺季來説還是性價比非常好的了！ 推薦！
