Absolute disregard and disrespect for guests. It took me over an hour to check in, and I saw it happen to about 5 other guests while I was there, as the rooms weren't ready, despite the time. I was accommodated in a lower room, which was the only option, and the shower didn't have hot water, which led us to need to change rooms again, to an even lower one. Despite having insisted, they didn't give me any type of compensation and still marked the reservation as the show on Booking. Completely unprepared reception, as they were new employees, and had no autonomy to resolve problems or any supervision available (on a Saturday afternoon). I could write a much longer text detailing the inconveniences, as they were countless. I don't recommend it to anyone.

And that's what happened, they charged me more than 100 reais in interest for a value of 900. When I saw the amount, I asked for a refund, but they were unable to do so due to a lack of knowledge of how to deal with the card machine. When I finally went to the room, I came across a problem with the flush, it was releasing water endlessly. I took my shower, packed my things and the reception called me at 1am. For me to go there and resolve the transaction problem because they needed my card to refund it. It was a huge embarrassment! After all the past inconvenience, at least giving me a courtesy, they still don't communicate and try to do the room checklist while we were both lying down... In short: HOTEL NOT RECOMMENDED, STAFF IN THE BUSINESS AND TREMENDOUS LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
