Large children can be accommodated in an extra bed and must have an extra bed. The hotel itself is very good and it feels weird.

I experienced a warm and inviting welcome, accompanied by refreshing drinks and genuine smiles. The rooms mirror the online photos, showcasing a well-maintained property. The hotel offers spacious accommodations at a great value with ample hot water and all the essential amenities. The breakfast service is outstanding, though a few additional Western options would enhance my overall experience. A fantastic choice for the city. I would stay here again. The most comfortable hotel in the whole process. Very beautiful courtyard hotel, Zen, slightly old hardware but good use, stable network, air conditioning. The restaurant is good, there are packages from various countries, small expensive, of which the Japanese package is good, you can try. The ecological environment of the hotel is also very good, often with cranes. The staff was very friendly. One day at four o'clock in the morning, I walked out of the room to find fireflies. The security guard kept following me and helped me with the flashlight. I was particularly touched.

Rumbini Buddha garden resort is not only a hotel but also a beautiful garden with lotus pond , surrounded by lawns and forests, I really appreciate staff members of the hotel, they are so kind and sincere, helping me a lot in many ways, ready to offer what you need instantly. The room is clean, spacious and good light with morden facilities like Ac, hot shower, fast WiFi. It has two baconies where you can watch views and relax and dry your clothes. They are very considerate when cleaning rooms, even helped to fold my messy clothes and shoes, and to put back the clothes you dried in the bacony into the room, keeping everything tidy and nice. The food was very delicious too, I asked them to send to my room, they are very patient, packed the food carefully and delivered with the whole set of delicate dishes, glasses, spoon, knife and so on. In the morning you can hear the birds singing and the staff are diligently doing gardening, cleaning, washing. They even bow down to wipe the bricks of the road leading to room buildings in the garden which touches and impresses me. I am really grateful to all those who have served and helped me with warm hospitality and patience. I highly recommend Rumbini Buddha garden. It's a wonderful choice when you you are in Lumbini.

It is very rare to be able to book a hotel with a swimming pool in the hot blue area, which is a dusty village. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean. It's a little far away from the main classics. It takes about 20-30 minutes to take a taxi to Gate 5.

Hokke is not a hotel, it is an experience. We've stayed in Hokke Hotel three times since 2015 and we had best experience each of those times. Whether we went with kids or just by ourselves, it is a place that soothes and calms your days. This may not be a place to go if you if you are looking for a fancy, hyper-active and 'happening' place, but Hokke happens differently. This is a place to slow down, sit on the ground and immerse yourself in the Japanese themed minimalist environment. We always enjoyed the grander Lumbini vibes retained by the Hokke hotel. Best thing about Hokke is that it is located inside the greater Lumbini master plan and the World Peace Pagoda is just 10 minutes walk from here. We had a peaceful visit to the pagoda before it got crowded. Core of Lumbini, the Mayadevi temple is around 10 minutes auto-rickshaw ride plus 5 minutes walk. Staffs are friendly and helpful, food is great, and the rooms are super comfortable.

Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. I arrived early in the evening thanks to difficulties crossing the Indian Nepal border. No major problems checking in except some confusion over if I had already paid. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. There didn't appear to be a lift, but the staircase was pretty shallow anyway. Upon entry to the room, there was a strong smell of Naphthalene. Everything looked clean, although I picked up dust while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. The bathroom had an open shower, toilet and basin. The room was large enough without everything getting in the way. Hot water was available via a hot water boiler. The bathroom was clean and hygienist enough, although the silicone sealant needed to be redone. The room had a double and a single bed. The blanket and sheets were clean, although there was a slight damp smell. The mattress was medium firm and with the thick blankets, it was quite comfortable sleeping even in the cooler Feb/March weather. Breakfast was part of the package and had to be ordered with a call to the in-house restaurant and brought to the room. Location wise, the hotel is about 15 minutes to the airport by car. The main bus stand is 2 minutes walk away. The immediate area is quiet. The nearest restaurant is about 5 minutes walk, or use the in-house restaurant. The nearest busy area is probably Buddha Chowk, about 1 to 2 km away. That's also where you can get a local bus to Lumbini Historic Park. Overall, I had a good stay. The front office staff are fantastic. Really polite and courteous. The hotel is in good condition, bar some of the small points already mentioned.
