While the staff was polite and accommodating I will not stay here again. The room had black grout, bugs and the tub was so dirty I dare not think about getting into it without shower shoes. The linen had black stains and they provided only enough for one person. In addition, there were a group of males hanging out in the parking lot that made me a little uncomfortable.

This was just an overnight stay on our way to Florida. I was not expecting anything fancy. The staff was friendly but the room was just filthy, really filthy and stinky.

The 1st room had hair in the bedding and in the bathroom and the bedding was damp. They were very nice in costumer service and they moved us to a different room to better our stay at the time.

Front desk clerk was friendly and check in was smooth. When I first got to the room, I noticed dead flies all around the door/ air conditioner. The curtains didn’t even cover the sides of the window, so anyone walking by could see into the room. It looked like the sides were being held to the wall with Velcro but some of the Velcro came off. They have some new furniture, but the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was a used washcloth on the desk chair, and there was dirt and hair all over the top blanket. I asked for new bedding and offered to change it myself but I only got a new blanket. The head of housekeeping came to the room and looked at the sheets which looked fine aside from a few hairs. And the down comforter they have under the blanket had SO MANY stains. Some of them were concerning but she said they didn’t have many of those so I went without it. Again, nice staff, but the place was gross. I even went out and bought flip flops to shower in. I wish them luck with the renovations it looks like they’re attempting to make, but unless you’re in a really tight spot financially, I would recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere else in Savannah.

I’ve stayed in 3rd World countries and cleanliness was never an issue . The soap was used- no shampoo and small conditioner bottle was used - urine in toilet seat- hair on bed sheet.. not sure how this place passes any inspection. Homeless people surround the area- parking lot had a group of men drinking at the back of the property… stayed here 3 hours and continued driving to DC

Terrible. Burn stains everywhere. Sheets dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes the entire time. Vents dirty and dusty. Nothing worth staying there for.

We canceled when we pulled up. Not in a safe area, staff was beyond rude. So glad I was able to cancel and rebook my next hotel.

Room was clean and neat but it smelled of **** both outside and inside

It looked nice on the outside but my room had stains on the walls and mattress. The bedding was stained with burn marks and other things. It smelled awful and did not look like it was advertised. I got a refund and left.
