The room is very small for 4 adults. The breakfast is very limited. The area is dark and far from any restaurants and transportation.

Nice neighborhood room nice place for children super breakfast was good. The only thing is the owner was standing by us all the time at breakfast it was a bit embarrassing

Es un lugar hermoso y acogedor para disfrutar la experiencia de la Toscana italiana. El anfitrión es una persona súper amable y cordial. En nuestro recorrido por varios hoteles fue el que más disfrutamos y el que más nos gustó (dos niñas y dos adultos).

Premetto che in 30 anni di viaggi tra strutture di tutte le categorie, paesi e culture diverse non mi è mai capitato qualcosa di lontanamente simile a questo. Andiamo per ordine, prenoto una notte nella struttura diversi mesi prima del mio arrivo. Vengo chiamato la mattina del giorno prima rispetto al check in dalla struttura e mi viene detto che quest’ultimo era possibile effettuarlo solo alle ore 11:00 o alle 18:30; mi viene detto inoltre che ho prenotato una camera con il bagno esterno. Ricontrollando la prenotazione noto che si parla di bagno PRIVATO ma non di bagno PRIVATO ESTERNO; e che l’orario di check riportato era 14/20 Propongo un venirsi in contro: check in alle 18:30 ma upgrade gratuito ad una camera con bagno annesso L’accordo mi viene negato, l’upgrade era possibile solo pagando 15€. A quel punto la situazione è degenerata mi è stato detto: “ ragazzi domani è domenica io non posso star qua ad aspettare tutti gli ospiti” Grazie a dio l’agenzia dopo aver controllato la veridicità della mia versione mi ha trovato un hotel in zona con upgrade gratuito, altrimenti fosse stato per loro saremmo rimasti senza hotel a poco più di 24h del check in Sicuramente sconsigliato
