"This hotel is located by the sea, offering distant views of San Francisco and Berkeley University on a clear day. Unfortunately, it's been raining for the past few days, which really highlighted the downside of its somewhat remote location. There's a free parking lot next to the hotel's own paid parking. The breakfast area has a very pleasant ambiance. Breakfast isn't a buffet; it's à la carte. The breakfast voucher generally covers the standard breakfast sets, so no extra payment is usually needed. After staying here, I definitely agree with the scores on Trip.com and Agoda. The main reason for the lower ratings is the outdated facilities – the AC was broken, and the faucet wasn't working very well."

"A simple four-star hotel. Although it has central air conditioning, it is still a bit noisy. The walls are not soundproof enough. The cleaning staff only speaks Spanish and not English. Parking is at the parking lot next door for $23 a day. It is better than a motel in that it is a little quieter. The coffee provided is good. Also, the water seems to be purified and better than the average water in California."

"Overall, it was pretty good! The aunties (waitresses) at the restaurant were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, and the cleaning staff were also wonderful. However, the parking situation was a bit awkward. As a Tesla owner, I needed to charge my car at night, but several times the charging adapter wasn't returned to my car, and I had to call around to find it. Also, the toilet in the bathroom had to be repaired three times before they finally replaced a part, and then it worked fine."
