Scharbeutz Hotels with Wi-Fi

Das Bayside ist mit das schlechteste Hotel, in dem wir jemals waren. Der erste Gang in die Lobby wirkte schon ernüchternd - super dunkle und uneinladende Atmosphäre. Die Dame an der Rezeption war wenig enthusiastisch, aber immerhin freundlich. Die Zimmer waren auf den ersten Blick auch in Ordnung. Am ersten Abend waren wir für einen Aperitif oben in der Roof Bar. Das Personal war, insbesondere zu uns Damen, maximal unfreundlich und herablassend. Dazu haben sie lange gebraucht, um uns die Drinks zu servieren, obwohl es nicht übermäßig voll war. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, aber man fühlt sich wie in einer riesigen Kantine auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Der einzig nette Raum darf zum Frühstück nicht genutzt werden. Das Personal ist faul und tut schlichtweg nichts, sondern telefoniert lieber. Das Houseceeping ist nicht gründlich, wischt weder Oberflächen ab noch saugen sie das Zimmer. Schlafanzüge werden einfach irgendwohin gefeuert. Handtücher gibt es nicht in notwendiger Menge und erst nach Aufforderung. Der Wellness Bereich und der Pool sind wenig einladend. Das Wasser ist unendlich kalt und die Terrasse ist dreckig. Auflagen für die Liegen mussten wir uns selbst aus einer Abstellkammer holen. Das Highlight im negativen Sinne ist das Restaurant Coast - die Bedienung war zwar sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber das half auch nicht mehr. Das Essen war nicht gewürzt, verbrannt und schwamm im Öl. Der Wein war warm und auf Nachfrage gab es auch keine andere Flasche. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass der Service absolut unterirdisch ist. Das Personal ist schlecht bis gar nicht geschult und spricht zum Großteil so wenig deutsch, dass Kommunikation kaum möglich ist. Im Roof ist das personal dreist machohaft und langsam. Das Housekeeping macht schlichtweg nicht sauber und wir waren noch so doof und haben ihnen am Anfang Trinkgeld für keine Leistung gegeben. Insgesamt ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht angemessen. Das Hotel und das Essen sind viel zu teuer für die nicht vorhandene Qualität. Sogar unser Taxifahrer hat uns bemitleidet, weil er uns zurück in diesen schrecklichen Kasten bringen musste. Absolut keine Empfehlung - das Geld kann man sinnvoller verwenden (indem man es zum Beispiel verbrennt).

Great hotel, best location on the beach. Connection to the thermal for hotel guests very good. Very friendly staff. Breakfast does not leave any wishes open. The only critical point is the evening menu in the restaurant. This has not promised us at all and has not been in line with the standard of a five-star house. Nice surprise at Check Out, we have received a small bottle of mineral water and a house-made marble store. Thank you for a great stay with super rekreation! We are happy to come back.
