"Everything was actually fine except for two things that were very important to me... the shower and the bed. The shower didn't work, or rather, it only trickled because of the broken shower head (room 301). Completely incomprehensible. The beds were arranged in such a way that it was impossible to get into the right-hand bed. I had to move it. Weaker people couldn't do that. These two issues led to deductions in my rating. I didn't have breakfast and I didn't use the TV."
