Absolutely faultless. Spotless rooms and bathrooms with lovely toiletries, beautiful fresh white linen on a comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff and a breakfast up there with the best. Will certainly return the next time we are over that way.

The words we used to describe this beautiful old house. Quaint, comfortable, welcoming,clean, well situated. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the breakfast is next level with locally sourced ingredients. We will definitely visit again thanks.

We want to thank Stephen for accommodating my husband and I on his day off when the B & B I had previously booked had flooded. We were very happy with this lovely B & B with its close location to the centre of town and restaurants, the onsite parking and the beautiful B and B and its lovely back garden. Even though the location is right in the centre of Grassington, it was very quiet and restful. We also want to thank Lynne and her staff for the wonderful breakfasts and their enthusiasm! We would definitely recommend this B & B as a wonderful place to stay. Thank you again from Janis and Dan!

We arrived at Ashfield house on Sunday 25th February for a 2 nights stay and from entering the building the owners were exceptional with everything information etc. The room was very comfortable with all the extras and breakfast list great full english was one of the best ever. I could go on and on but just pay a visit and also see Grassington and the dales. Thank you Ashfield house see you again soon Paul and Sue

We are guests here at the moment and it is perfect. Every single detail is thought through. Believe me if you are looking for a place to stay in Grassington then look no further than Ashfield House. Fabulous hosts and equally fabulous breakfast. Excellent location with car parking !!! Wow ! I cannot fault it

Our first visit to this charming, clean and very comfortable guest house. We stayed in the Garden Suite. Excellent well-appointed accommodation, very comfortable bed, hot power shower, delicious breakfast with lots of options. Friendly welcome and brilliant care provided throughout. Lots of extra treats in the room. Cannot fault this place.

A beautiful house in the most gorgeous village. Rooms were really well presented and everything provided to make it a lovely stay. Hostess was lovely and made sure evertything was as we needed. Love the treats in the hall and breakfast was fabulous too!

Amazing establishment. Beautiful building, luxury breakfast and on site parking which is rare in Grassington. All in all provided the base for great walks and super easy access to pubs, restaurants, cafes and a wide variety of independent shops. Couldn’t ask for more!
