Water pressure is good, good shower experience, room is warm, and easy parking.

I thought this was a nice simple place to stay. You don't come to Sedona to stay in your room. The room was very clean and was an excellent bang for the buck. The only downside was all coms were done over the phone. There was not an onsite rep. I am a little out of touch with tech so I completely understand the direction thing are going. I do recommend this hotel.

We arrived after dark in an unknown area. There were people talking on their phones outside our door late, they were loud. It seemed to be more than a hotel, maybe a long term stay for some.
A clean room, very small. It was adequate.

Checking in was problematic. No staff on-site so I had to call for door code. No answer - left message - finally texted back. Code did not work - finally got metal key. Once in room everything was good for the price.

Apparently there was a mix up and the property didn’t receive the booking from *******.
I called the hotel the day before our reservation to confirm everything and I was told that everything was fine and that I’d receive a text the day of with the room code. I never received the text so I called the hotel and they told me they didn’t receive the reservation from *******. They couldn’t accommodate us for our three night stay. They weren’t willing to 1) take accountability or 2) do anything to fix the issue. I was told to just call ******* to have them schedule another hotel.

The location is wonderful.
However, this is a remotely operated inn. That means that we never saw any staff, nor was there a reception. As a result, you have no way to communicate with anyone if you need something, except for the cleaning ladies. If you call or text the staff you may or may not get an answer.
And because there is no reception, they will not let you store your luggage anywhere if you arrive early or if you have to wait after checkout.

Very cute place that offers ease of check-in and is in a great location. Offers all amenities expected and we enjoyed our stay. As previously mentioned, it can be a bit noisy but we knew that possibility going in. We’ll come back
