First, the positive: 1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. 2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging. 3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs. 4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened. 5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly. 6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room. 7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity. Now, the negative: 1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. 2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2" inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno. 3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent. 4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up. Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.

It was convenient to where I wanted to be. The only thing was if wanting to cross the highway, it was a bit of a walk to reach the light and then had to walk back the same distance to reach what was right across the highway.

Ice machine was broken the whole time, and fridge was suspect. Everything else was great. Great service

The place of this hotel is good, considering the famous palces of sedona. But, the overall services need to be improved. When we get back our room at 4 PM, we found that the room was not yet cleaned at all. Considering approximate 60 $ for service fees, it is very astonishing and disappointed. However, the quality of breakfast is good, although too too crowded.

TV did not work. Outlets in the room did not work. The room was old, needs renovated. Bed was comfortable. Swimming area was very nice.

Louisa checked us in. She was the absolute sweetest and helpful person I have ever encountered at registration!! She went above and beyond The hotel was nice and comfortable.

Service was friendly and the room was nice. Suggestions would be nicer pillows flo the room rate and providing a decent amount of cream and sugar if you are going to offer coffee in the rooms. Not under your control but, guests in the room above was super loud walkers and dropping things lioudly til after 1am. Also, the not so awesome guest that set off fireworks at 530am.

The vanity mirror was dirty liked it had been cleaned with a dirty rag. The keurig pot did not work but they did bring a new one for next morning. Eating area for breakfast was extreme strong smell of pinesol.

Room is clean and space. Breakfast is reasonable with coffee, milk, juice, pancakes and eggs. Location is convenient.
