The hotel environment is very good, the supporting facilities are also very good, and the service is very friendly

Extremely beautiful, the most beautiful view of St. Donna, special sunset cliffs, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful balconies and hanging chairs, clean swimming pool, delicious breakfast, wonderful experience.

Clean, have onsite restaurant. But no elevator to second floors. I have to carry my luggage via stairs.

Overall this was a good experience. The room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good, sunset views from the overlook are gorgeous and the location is convenient to all Sedona has to offer. One caution-ask for an upstairs room. We were in a downstairs room and the overhead noise was unbearable. The creaking of the floors, flushing of toilets, etc. was incredibly loud (and I am not easily bothered and not a light sleeper). It was so bad we asked to move rooms. The lovely woman at the front desk moved us with no problem so all was well, but just a cautionary tale.

The staff was very friendly. The ******* reservation wasn’t showing on their website but they kept looking until they found it. They upgraded us for the inconvenience. The place is cozy and well located. It doesn’t have the newest facilities but everything was very clean.

The property was nicely maintained, clean, and in a good location to hiking and downtown Sedona. We stayed on the second floor. There is no elevators so this was a hassle dragging the suitcases up and down the stairs. Live music did not occur on the night as scheduled. They had bikes to ride at the property but I'm not sure where you would ride them. The property was to hilly and outside the property is a busy street. I didn't see anyone riding these bikes.

This hotel location is conveniently close to the art shops and uptown Sedona. Kudos to the landscaper...I really appreciated the well manicured court yard area.

Really great for biking. Given a ground floor room and allowed to keep bikes in room. Specific bike wash and tool area on site. Great breakfast and unlimited hot drinks through the day and evening. Very friendly staff and pool areas and fire pit were lovely.

Overall, an excellent hotel i a beautiful area. Conveniently located to downtown. Hotel was Clean, staff friendly and breakfast buffet was clean and offered good variety.

The property was very nice. However, our room was extremely dark. The shades did not open all the way to allow light in and the labs were very low wattage bulbs. Hard to see. Also, there was no luggage racks-suitcases needed to be on the floor. Very disappointing in that regard.

Overall this was a nice hotel to stay at and a convenient location with access to the entire Sedona area.

Great Hotel and super super spacious. We had a room with 2 queens beds and it still had enough space to add another queen bed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was super cute and in a wonderful location. They did have daily activities but we were not there long enough to enjoy them. I do wish I had one more night to have enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was also great.

We were on the first floor which was noisy because the people in the room above us… I guess poor construction. Out dated Bathroom … shower curtain, poor lighting. Room only had one chair and tiny table. Not a comfortable room.

Great location in Sedona. The hotel and its rooms seem to be outdated, but the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, a good stay!
