I went to Malaysia in November. Thanks to the hostess and staff for their home-like service, the whole trip was perfect. The hotel is small, has a warm living atmosphere, and is clean and tidy. There are 24-hour self-service refreshments and a drum washing machine on the first floor. There is a large balcony on the second floor for drying clothes and a refrigerator. There is a young lady at the front desk who speaks fluent Chinese and a young man who speaks fluent English and works the night shift. Thanks to the boss lady for arranging the Tawau airport transfer and one-day tour. Especially the half-day tour of Lover's Bay water sports, my parents had a great time. The restaurants we ate at were all recommended by the proprietress, and they were affordable and friendly. I was lucky enough to meet the proprietress in person. She was polite and tall. I also saw Indonesian CJS giving a speech at the stadium. I wish the boss lady a prosperous business and I wish Tawau has an airport worthy of Semporna’s international status.

Probably one of the best guesthouses in Semporna area. Jono's place is strategically located near the jetty and restaurant area. Almost everything is walking distance. Pharmacies, dive centres, convenience stores, restaurants and etc. The place itself is so clean and tidy. Can see that the owner puts a lot of effort in maintaining the place. The guesthouse has a well equipped pantry. It has instant noodles, bread biscuits, eggs, tea and coffee. It's more than good enough for a simple breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

Adrian was a fantastic staff in assisting us in our needs, even at a late hour. Clean rooms and hospitable staff, would recommend to all divers, as it is near the marina jetty, a stone throw away from all amenities. Easy process from checking in and out

This trip was very happy. Semporna is a big town. There is no bustling city. The scenery is really beautiful. Everyone in the hotel is very enthusiastic. Although the newly renovated room is full, it is beautiful to see it. Unfortunately, I didn't book it. Our room hygiene is very good, the Filipino maid is very serious, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very happy and relaxed ～ Especially the chef also helped us make the seafood package that is only available on the luxury cruise ship. The level is really first-class.

I was super happy about this trip. Six of us went together. We all had a great time at the B&B. Andy, the housekeeper, helped us sign up for a group trip. He also lent us a gopor for underwater shooting. He took us to eat and have breakfast. He was the whole process. Translation, we drank until 12 o'clock and Andy came to pick us up. The people in their family didn't care about everything, and they didn't talk about money for everything. We were so hungry that we even ate their sausages... it was too much, hahaha. At check-in time in the afternoon, the aircond is very strong and the fan is on It's a cold night, I don't even turn on the aircon haha, just turn on the fan. Amik seaview is ok. The bathroom floor is stagnant. Breakfast is not from the hotel but outside, you can choose between 2 restaurants, but the two Chinese restaurants are not sure if you want to eat even if they only have toasted bread on the menu with another menu of curry noodles/mee soup. Choose one Muslim shop and one Chinese shop, then the choice is correct. These are two Chinese shops. Add the Qibla direction in the hotel room. The location is close to the jetty, he just took the boat to the island. The staff are all ok, good.

The fourth floor is the breakfast room, which has a rich variety and good air conditioning. It has Chinese and Western styles, which are very suitable for Chinese tastes. There is also fried rice noodles, where you can eat while looking at the sea view. Transportation: It is very close to the pier, about 600 meters on foot. Even if there is no car to pick up and drop off at sea, it only takes a few minutes to walk there. It is also very close to the seafood market, which is also a few hundred meters. There is a relatively large convenience store downstairs, which is more convenient for buying water and daily necessities. Let’s talk about the service: they can communicate in Chinese, which is very convenient. They greeted us with a warm smile throughout the process and helped us with our luggage. When they saw us using our mobile phones to find navigation in the lobby, they would proactively ask if we needed help, and they could shuttle us to the pier and back to the hotel for free. Let’s talk about the food: The food in the restaurant downstairs is the most comfortable meal we have had in Sabah and Semporna. The environment is elegant, the taste is very in line with Chinese tastes, and the presentation is beautiful and exquisite, and the price is affordable. A portion of pasta or rice with meat. The set menu only costs 10.09rm, and the same chocolate frappuccino from Starbucks only costs 10.09rm, and it’s still a super large cup. There are many choices of various drinks, which is really cost-effective. The taste is great! The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it faces the street and is noisy with cars coming and going. However, most hotels in Semporna and Sabah are facing the street and will be noisy. This is a common problem. During the more than a week we were here, the hotel was noisy every day. This problem occurs in different hotels I have stayed in. Fortunately, the rooms are relatively large and have windows, so the ventilation is quite good.

This hostel is located very strategic and all the restaurant, pharmacy, mini market,etc is within the walking distance. The room was clean. It has hot shower, A/C, amenities, coffee and tea as well. It comes with drinking water too. Room not too big but not too small as well. The hostel doesn't have a lift. It has a common area for people to hang out and have some coffee and tea. The staff was superb. Her name is Fadilah if I got her right. She returned back my wallet which I lost it and she found it at the front door of the hostel. She saved my day. I must give her a two thumbs up for this. The wallet was returned to be as it was before it was drop at the front door table. Thank you Fadilah. This will be my next hostel whenever I will come to Semporna. It has dorm as well with cheaper price.
