The walking trail was well-maintained, so it was great to take pictures and play with the kids! The daytime and nighttime scenes were clearly different, and the lighting was so pretty that it felt like I was in Europe at night. I made a hasty reservation and visited, and it was a staycation that even the children were satisfied with. The breakfast was clean and tasty, and the braised ribs served through room service was so delicious! I didn't feel like going to a restaurant after swimming, so I ordered it, and it was a good choice! Check-in-Walking-Swimming-Room Service Dinner-It was a worthwhile time going on the evening walking course! I was a little disappointed that I wasn't assigned a garden view room.

The staff was kind and provided good service, and the room was spacious and clean. When I arrived a little early and asked to store my luggage, they let me check in early so that my room would be ready, which was very helpful. The room had a simple layout, but was spacious and had a bathtub, which helped relieve fatigue. The noise didn't particularly bother me either. I was looking for a nearby place to see a musical at the LG Art Center, but it took less than 10 minutes to change trains on the subway, and about 20 minutes on foot. The only downside, as other people have written, was that the breakfast wasn't very tasty.The scrambled eggs were dry, probably because they had something mixed in with them, and the bread was cold, so I thought 20,000 won was a bit expensive. But other than that I'm satisfied.

Hotel is away from town so be prepared to travel if you want the hype and all. My family and I really love our courtyard suite. So spacious and lovely. It's right next to Seoul Botanic Park where we can see the autumn leaves and the entire place feels so Serene and quiet, perfect for a chill vacation. Breakfast is boring but the service crew needs to improve their English a little bit more. I will definitely love to go back again.

The response from the front desk was very good. Which is better, Korean or English? I was asked this, but he explained it to me in Japanese as well. The room is very spacious and clean. The location was very good right in front of the airport. It was close enough for me to feel safe even on an early morning flight. Shopping was convenient as it was directly connected to Lotte Mall.
