This hotel is smaller than some of the larger chain resorts in the area but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in character and quality. The grounds of the resort are immaculate and the views out to sea are spectacular. It is situated within walking distance of numerous incredible beaches. There is a different menu at the restaurant daily and the food is delicious The highlight of staying here is the staff (Fredi, Susanna, Ricardo, Dolores, Alessia, Gian) - we could not speak higher of the service they gave during our stay. Travelling with a young child isn’t always straightforward but Spartivento made it so easy. They helped with cleaning bottles, booking restaurants, transfers to the beach, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel so special. We’ll be coming back for sure - Joshua needs to see his Italian friends when he is walking and talking Stay here, you won’t regret it

Hotel favoloso in posizione strategica in alto sopra le spiagge più belle di Chia. Offre camere curate tutte con ingresso dal giardino che offre una splendida piscina e una vista spettacolare. Eleganza tranquillita silenzio e raffinatezza data anche dal personale affezionato attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato con la mezza pensione bellissimi i tavoli fronte piscina e le serate di gala con buffet sul prato, ho chiesto seadas e ce le facevano trovare tutte le sere. Si trova esattamente sopra il Chia Laguna. Servizio navetta per le spiaggie lo consigliero’ sicuramente ai miei amici!

In questo hotel, appena arrivati, si trova subito la pace che quando arrivi qui, ricerchi. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Noi siamo stati veramente bene, camere appena ristrutturate, grandi e spaziose. Avevamo una vista mare e la vista, sulla spiaggia di su giudeu, specialmente la sera, a cena, al tramonto, nel portico è qualcosa di incredibile. La cucina casalinga, ci ha deliziato per bene durante il nostro soggiorno.

Bewertung gilt für Casa Sul Mare Äusserst enttäuscht! Die Anlage ist alt und ungepflegt. Bilder auf der HP von Booking sind irreführend. Die Rezeption ist 1.5 Km entfernt, der Pool welcher nicht in Betrieb war und das Restaurant ebenfalls. Wir waren im Mai dort und die Anlage war wie ausgestorben. Lediglich ein anderes Haus war besetzt. Gartenmöbel defekt, alt und vergilbt. Zufahrtsstrasse in katastrophalem Zustand, SUV empfehlenswert. Tore zur Anlage sind verrostet und defekt. Haus kann lediglich mit den Fensterläden zugeschlossen werden. Die Küche ist unbrauchbar Positiv ist die Lage mit der Nähe zum Strand Häuschen war sauber und das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.

siamo stati l'ultima settimana di settembre in questo hotel scelto guardando le recensioni. Purtroppo sono molto dispiaciuta di non poter fare una buona recensione e spiego perche': l'hotel ha una posizione davvero bella su baia Chia, giardino curato e il personale dell'accettazione molto gentile. Avevamo prenotato a mezza pensione ma la cucina è stata davvero da dimenticare (tipo mensa), tanto che dopo 2 giorni abbiamo preferito cenare fuori. La colazione per tutta la settimana non è mai cambiato nulla, nessun prodotto locale, triste. La camera è spaziosa ma il bagno è piccolissimo e dal soffitto della doccia scendevano delle gocce marrone penso di muffa. Non si poteva tenere la porta finestra aperta della stanza (priva di zanzariera) perchè entravano le zanzare. Non c'è alcuna possibilità di stendere i teli mare e costumi. E' un vero peccato perchè la struttura sarebbe bella e la posizione molto. Non so se tutto questo dipende dal periodo di fine stagione. Mi spiace davvero

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel la scorsa settimana. Location bella e tranquilla,cene ok, colazione e soprattutto caffè da dimenticare. Per cause di forza maggiore siamo dovuti rientrare quattro giorni prima,alla reception ci hanno detto di pagare anche i giorni non usufruiti in quanto l'assicurazione avrebbe poi restituito i soldi..manco x niente,in quanto l'assicurazione copre una minima parte,e solo in caso di malattia,be,ci siamo cascati, x cui, a non rivederci.. Peccato

Del mio soggiorno all'hotel Spartivento ho apprezzato su tutto la professionalità sorridente dello staff, sempre disponibile e cortese, la posizione della struttura con una vista impagabile sulle spiagge vicine e dal bel giardino curato. Ho apprezzato il telo mare a disposizione (il primo gratuito, gli eventuali successivi con supplemento, il servizio navetta per le spiagge vicine, la pulizia della camera, il cambio della biancheria) Non ho invece apprezzato la colazione, sempre uguale, con nessuna proposta cucinata (es le uova) e con prodotti industriali (se penso alle eccellenze locali ....) ed il bagno interno alla camera per dimensioni ed allestimento (decisamente da rivedere). Il comfort in generale buono.

Oltre le aspettative! Personale meraviglioso, accogliente e caloroso. Cucina superlativa con prodotti tipici sia di mare che di terra. Ambiente ideale per rilassarsi con vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia di Chia. Parco ben curato con ibiscus gialli, rossi e rosa, cespugli di mirto, olenadri e ulivi secolari fanno da cornice perfetta attorno alla piscina e alla palestra. Il servizio navetta per andare nelle spiagge é comodissimo...mare indimenticabile!
