You have no idea how many problems did the late cancelation of the hotel Los Venerables had on my experience in Sevilla. We where already in our room with my family (we were authorized to have an early check inn) when we where notified about the cancelation. We asked for a similar room in the same hotel, however the service provided by the workers over there was terrible. Actually the person who attend my call was very rude and DISRESPECTFUL with my wife. He THREATENED us with loocking the room with us inside. I have already made a formal complaint with Booking and with the owner of the hotel. Having to search for a similar hotel to arrive in the same day was stressful and it was impossible to find something similar for satisfying our needs. At the end we had to go to a more expensive place because of our urgent need (we are traveling with a 2 year old baby). Besides in the alley lived two homeless

Ideal location, close to everything and with tranquility for rest. Construction with strong walls that isolate from the extreme outside temperature. Good cleanliness and good comfort. The best is undoubtedly Nuria, a hostess of 10 (she advises you, helps you, she does not give 100% of herself, she gives 300%). We will repeat without a doubt. Thank you very much Nuria for everything. The sisters of Tarragona send you a huge hug.

Location pour 3 nuitées dans un appartement en Rez de jardin…pas du tout les photos de ce que nous avions sélectionné..140 euros par nuits dans un appartement lugubre ..avec une hygiène limites …odeur nauséabondes ,,,,cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain qui était sale … odeur pestinentielle dans toute la pièce qui était exiguë et ne reflétant pas du tout ce que nous avions sélectionné via booking…le propriétaire informé me dit que l’hygiène est SUBJECTIVE…pour couronner le tout un sans domicile couché devant la porte alcoolisé et drogué qui nous demanait la pièce à chaque passage…..nous avons dû nous reloger et ce dès la première nuit dans un hôtel du centre ville …
