The staff here was exceptional bar none! I’ve been all over Europe and this team has them all beat! The breakfast was good and the service great there as well. We were upgraded to a very large room and loved that but the beds there were extremely uncomfortable where you could hear the springs with every move. I had no hot water the last night of my stay but even with these challenges I’d definitely stay here again. Good location walkable to pretty much everywhere with 5 star service.

The pictures say it all. The hotel was impeccable. The location was perfect. We were in close walking distance to the major attractions. The staff was kind and courteous, they helped us with directions, book train transfers and taxis. The breakfast buffet was well worth the value

Perfect location very close to the center but in a quiet area so perfect for a good night sleep. The hotel itself is beautiful inside with very clean rooms and really comfortable beds. Good choice of breakfast buffet with different hot drinks and juices. Staff where also very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. So close to awesome restaurants and bars, and only 8 min walk to major Seville attractions (Real Alcázar, Cathedral, and Plaza de España). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I loved this hotel because it was so clean it came with a beautiful view and the staff was so nice and the cafe on the hotel had delicious food and the bed was so comfortable everyone who works in this hotel are so hardworking.I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff and location here was excellent (although I think desk staff should be dressed better than a white t-shirt). However, when we arrived, we were told all rooms with a double bed which we’d paid for, were gone, so to get a double bed we’d have to upgrade our room and pay £$15 more per night for our 3 nights. We checked in at 4 pm, so wasn’t sure how or why this would be the case, but also how this was my issue to resolve as it seemed to me like a hotel/booking issue. My husband is 6’ 3” so a twin bed is too short for him so I reluctantly agreed to pay the extra. Then when we get to the room we realized that while the room was big, there was no function to it. There were no luggage racks, no dresser, no hooks, no counter space at the sink, no towel bars. There was a wardrobe to unpack your luggage into (from bed or floor) but it ran parallel to the bed and was about 18” away from it, so if you wanted to get to your stuff, you had to disturb your partner. This was the worst designed hotel room I’ve ever been in. There was one narrow table the kettle and cups were on but it had little ants crawling on it. On closer inspection, they were also on the bed and wall. Tried to turn on heat and just got cool air. The staff were understanding and agreed to cancel the next two nights (pre-paid for on *******) but we had to stay and pay for the first night.

This hotel is a true gem. After 2 weeks of travelling, my family and I had the best stay in this hotel. The staff are amazing and so welcoming/pleasant. The hotel is very clean. Beds are so comfy. Location is amazing and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel offers bikes, which are so useful in hot days for transportation:-). Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Every sightseeing in walking distance. Nice and helpfull staff. Room 109 is the best room of the hotel, only one with a big balcony. Clean room, good working airco, big bathroom.

Great location! The key areas of Sevilla are at walking distance. The family room was big and comfortable. Decent breakfast and excellent service and attention

Nice boutique hotel. Only issue was that we reserved king bed. Got a room with two twin beds Joint together. With a gap in the middle That was annoying.
