The interior environment of the hotel room is okay and the price/performance ratio is good.

I stayed at the Seymour Fairfield for 3 nights and it was clean and comfortable. I don’t know if it’s a new policy for the hotel, but I had no change or linens and towels during my entire stay.

The Fairfield Inn lived up to its reputation of five stars. Great service at the desk especially Tyrone. Great breakfast - kudos to Cassie. Clean rooms. Good appearance of the lobby. Conveniently located.

Room was great. Did not have hot water,so tried to take a cold shower..that did not work out!!

The hotel staff were so friendly and even went out of their way to help us!

The staff was great. Very friendly at check in. The breakfast attendant helped by kids make their waffles which was so nice.

Paula, at customer service front desk - assisted us when checking out and was very apologetic about the noise disruptions that went on for several hours 7 pm -11:pm . Children seem to be running, unaccompanied throughout the hotel, down the hallways and stairways, causing vibrations in our hotel room, where we were unable to sleep. We requested a refund or appropriate compensation and we’re informed that since we paid and booked through ******* that was not an option, but up to ******* to refund . We were also informed by the hotel staff there have been multiple complaints regarding the noise and behavior of the children’s/students volleyball team and their parents that were staying at this hotel.. The parents were equally as loud as the children, inconsiderate of other guests.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, it was easy affordable and friendly.

Great, safe, clean room. Definitely a good value, for as nice as it is.

Room had a very bad mold odor. Furniture and carpets were old and worn. TV had no internet with limited channels. Breakfast we found mold in the grated cheese.

The hotel was just ok. When we checked in, they tried to give us a regular room when we had paid for a suite. We went back to the desk and had them fix it. They said they did not know how or when it was changed. Once in the suite, we noted that the pull out couch was not big enough for our son. Much smaller than advertised. The tv in the living area had no remote to operate it. There was only 1 pillow and a blanket for my son. The bathroom was clean, but needed updating. Things were worn and starting to not work properly. The pool needs to be drained and properly cleaned. There was a buildup around the edges from hard water and mildew. I would not have used it but desperatly needed to do my water physical therapy exercises. Part of the reason for choosing this hotel was to have a pool for my exercises. Breakfast was good. We chose to leave early to go home and be more comfortable.
