The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The delivery robot service was quick, making it easy to pick up and drop off packages. The laundry room also had a dryer. The shuttle service to Disneyland and the airport was very convenient, especially after a long day at Disneyland when finding a taxi can be a hassle. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Disneyland. There aren't many TV channels and not much in the way of entertainment or restaurants nearby, but that didn't bother me since I just ordered takeout and played on my phone.

The front desk service was excellent, and they upgraded my room for free. The room was new, like a Home Inn 4.0, and very clean. There's a free shuttle to Pudong Airport in the morning, which takes about half an hour. The only issue was the poor soundproofing; I didn't sleep very well.

The hotel is far from the airport. Although there's a free shuttle, it takes about half an hour each way because it uses local roads instead of highways. The shuttle to Disneyland only runs once a day at 7 AM. The hotel is new, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking. My toothbrush was taken, leaving only the packaging, and the staff didn't seem to notice it needed replacing. There were light-colored hairs on the towels, clearly dyed, so they definitely weren't mine. The thick carpets in the hallway made it difficult to drag luggage. When I booked the room, it mentioned a 'gift,' but none of the staff knew anything about it. The value for money isn't great, and it's not ideal for a layover in Shanghai. A taxi to downtown Shanghai would cost 200 RMB.

This hotel's location is great, being close to both the airport and Disneyland. The shuttle service to Disneyland and the airport makes it an excellent choice for layovers or business trips. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, are all warm and friendly. Plus, the availability of a washing machine and dryer means the service here can easily rival many 4-star hotels. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, and I highly recommend it to friends.

Aside from the slightly remote location and the somewhat desolate surroundings, everything else was great, perfect for catching an early morning flight. The bed was really soft, and the room was quite clean. It was awesome watching TV by myself on the big screen at night! If you're staying alone and feel a bit scared, you can leave the bathroom light on while you sleep; the king-size room layout makes you feel completely safe. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!
