First of all, this hotel does not approve Ctrip's flash live. It showed the order and explained that flash live is a deduction for check-out. The front desk does not approve it. I have to pay or cancel the order at the store. This is not a double charge. It took Ctrip customer service to negotiate with the hotel owner before reluctantly agreeing to move in first. Secondly, the area of the room is exaggerated. This room type is marked with 20 square meters, but it doesn't even have 15 square meters. Look at the picture. Then there is a small window but no screened window, it can’t be opened when it’s dark, it’s a bit stuffy

超級差評！！！
因為工作性質原因，估計本人去過全國大大小小几十個城市，住過酒店少説上百家，這是我住過體驗最差的一個，沒有之一！
事情是這樣的：
本人工作出差，找了個離目的地近的地方住下，三百多訂了個他們家豪華大床房，竟然衹在牆角有一個大概10公分的窗户，你們管那叫窗户？那就是個牆縫吧？裏面一股黴味，下樓讓前台麻煩換一間，前台告知沒有了，就這一間了，我讓他退房吧，前台馬上給換了一間，應該是升級了一個帶浴缸的，房間在一個隱蔽的角落的一間（看視頻），隱祕至極，找了好半天才找到，房間設施依舊差勁，光滑白色瓷磚地面，小沙發上竟然還有一攤疑似姨媽的棕褐色污漬，房間的瓶裝水有一瓶還是被擰開過的，下樓買了兩瓶，回來感覺這酒店很詭異，拍了段視頻給家裡，還好拍了，不然都沒得分享讓大家看看真實的環境有多差。
更噁心的是，第二天我一早退房開發票，因為需要微信掃碼提供開票資料，系統識別到公司地址變更前的訊息，開出檢查後發現錯了，我承認錯誤後麻煩讓前台作廢給重開一下，前台態度極其惡劣，要我給她10%的税點！！！33塊錢。我説你衹需要報廢這張，重新開一張就好了，對方就是不行，不給錢不給重開。我真的第一次聽説，小規模納税人，票面税率1%，你跟我要10個點，再説，你還沒報税啊？！我説我給錢，你給我開吧，我要如實評論，這時服務員直接把票扔給我，我不幫你開，幫不了你。我的天…這是上海嗎？國際大都市？就這服務態度？真心噁心到了…
於是個人直接12345、12366實名舉報，我也不怕你商家報復，光天化日 朗朗乾坤，在上海這樣的國際化大都市，有這樣的店，真的是給上海丟臉抹黑！給中國丟人啊！
奉勸各位，如果還有別的選擇，還是在看看別家吧，太噁心了！

酒店衞生一般，主要是地板上還有有點小垃圾。
服務態度還好
在淋浴噴頭和鏡子裏檢查到紅點，真的讓人覺得很慌 。也不敢洗澡了。體驗感一下子下降。希望酒店可以檢查處理一下。（可能是別人留下的）真的有點生氣

總體房間還算是乾淨，比較滿意，是個裡外套間，點外賣的話外面吃飯比較方便，酒店門口就有小吃店，包子店，離我們要去的和平眼科醫院穿過一個小區就到了。這幾天上海温度適宜，房間温度也一樣，房間裏床不是一張大床，是兩張床拼的，中間有縫隙，洗浴花灑有銹跡，畢竟在上海住這個價位已經，所以知足，乾淨最重要。提示是酒店工作人員入住時候已經提示225房間窗户正對快遞分揀點，比較吵，是我們自己覺得沒啥沒有更換房間，確實中午早上都很吵，影響睡眠那種。

首先環境極差，床頭上都是被燙的煙頭的印子。其次，我當天晚上是凌晨一點多入住的，已經詢問了第二天是否可以原價續住此房間，前台説可以。但是第二天上午開始一個電話接一個電話打，我那時候還在睡覺，被告知此房間不可以原價續住了，説這個屬於升級過的，那請問這樣為什麼昨天晚上不説好呢？
