僅一台洗衣機加烘乾機，每天頂多洗二次衣服，這裏的極個別工作人員，不注重自己應有的服務，晚上佔用客户位置吹牛聊天，還一直盯着看客户洗幾件衣服，她他自己佔用洗衣機，還不許客户洗衣，難道我們出錢住宿，酒店洗衣配置裝樣子的嘛？！給你家員工私用的嘛？！我住酒店第一次遇到這種事情，簡直莫名其妙！其它酒店有專用洗衣間，配置洗衣液和消毒液，洗衣袋等，對客户服務非常周到！這家是我遇到最斤斤計較，服務理念差的酒店！她們的酒店有的員工是長嘴婆，不好好注重服務等工作！感覺非常不滿意的體驗，所以給予差評！！！

床墊居然是反面鋪的直接睡彈簧上，叫前台衹來了個保安就反了個床墊，床單也沒有人鋪好還要自己動手，房間再頂樓空調外機吵一夜，基本沒有睡，出差到現在都沒有評過價。
