9.入境目的地为本市的人员，在解除14天集中隔离后，如在本市有固定居住地且满足居家健康监测条件（“一人一户”或“一家一户”）的，落实7天居家健康监测。其间，居家健康监测人员及同住人“非必要不外出”。因生病就医等特殊情况确需外出的，安排专用车辆闭环转送。
10.入境目的地为本市、但无固定居住地或不满足居家健康监测条件，或入境目的地为外省市但需在沪停留的人员，在解除14天集中隔离后，入住指定健康监测酒店落实7天健康监测，“一人一间（套）”或“一家一间（套）”。其间原则上不得离开房间，由酒店提供餐食、外卖、包裹等转送服务。因生病就医等特殊情况确需外出的，安排专用车辆闭环转送。
11.入境人员解除14天集中隔离健康观察时，由专用车辆闭环转送至居家健康监测地或指定健康监测酒店。严格落实每日早晚2次体温监测和个人健康状况监测。在健康监测的第2天、第7天，由专用车辆闭环转送至指定医疗机构开展核酸检测，或由医务人员上门采样。相关人员如健康监测期满，且核酸检测结果为阴性、无新冠肺炎相关临床症状，由所在社区或指定酒店解除健康监测。
12.健康监测期间，入境人员及同住人如未履行相应义务或违反规定，造成疫情传播风险的，将依法依规采取惩戒措施，严肃追责。
根据防疫部门通知，防疫期间，市外来返人员需持48小时核酸，中高风险地区人员需隔离和健康监测，疫情接待政策受各地疫情变化影响，请在下单前与酒店确认接待政策，以免影响您的入住。

A good location near the West railway station. A perfectly fine hotel. The room was an ok size for one person and the bed comfortable. The desk staff don't speak English, but they were very friendly and helpful.
