近些年節假日離滬不方便，有空就和閨蜜攜家人來這裏度假，交通方便，房間寬敞，衞生乾淨，老闆周道非常適合三五好友燒烤K歌聚會聊天。

別墅就在澱山湖邊上，離報國寺和漁村很近，過年太冷了沒去漁村看看，待到春暖花開時想再去住一次。管家很熱情，阿姨每天會來收垃圾，廚房設備齊全可以做飯很方便。對了，大冬天去睡覺不會冷，因為是加熱床墊，不錯喲！

總的來説還可以，適合朋友家庭聚會，自購食物自己煮東西很方便。極力推薦在農家大灶上煮鹹肉菜飯。很愉快地一次體驗

設施老舊，環境差也就罷了。因為是當地農民自己蓋的房子，自始自終老闆都沒有出現，衹派了個不懂事的阿姨過來監視我們，跟我們吵架！壓了1000塊作為威脅，要求我們走之前收拾、倒掉垃圾還要洗好碗碟，那請阿姨過來是當奶奶的！説好12點退房，早上10點就來趕人了。私人的就是不正規。澱山湖風景是沒得説。

✨[進入房間第一眼]小白樓，在湖邊，農村居民的房子，談不上景觀，但地理位置還行。農村，停車隨便停。
🙋[對於房東，想説]迴應還算及時，有僱傭專門的打掃阿姨，有困難找阿姨，也都還能叫的到。
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]小樓四層，頂樓小閣樓能看到湖景，打打牌喝喝茶挺好的。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]都是自駕，沒啥大問題。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]空調每個房間都有，就是陳舊了些。一樓客廳小了點。可以自己做飯的民宿，圖個大家聚在一起罷了。沒有超出預期的驚喜，總體還行。

最差的一次體驗，什麼服務都沒有，而且設施陳舊，衞生也極差，晚上房間裏有蟲、蚊子，客廳的蚊子多的嚇人。
