房租衞生還行，還沒達到評論區説的很差的程度，設施相對簡陋一些了，樓下方便，距離地鐵站不遠。總體來講還是可以考慮的，

離地鐵站很近步行2分鐘，去外灘南京東路很方便，回家做高鐵也方便。樓下週邊吃喝方便很有煙火氣息。前台小姐姐很周到。

無電梯，二樓，無按金，房間一般，乾淨整潔，菜市場內，離上海虹橋站2站，2#地鐵站也很近，交通便利，反應迅速

好，前台熱情，房間性價比高，樓下就是菜市場買東西很方便，也不吵
唯一缺點就是我房間的空調有點噪音
不過還好不影響睡覺

離地鐵站比較近，中規中矩，隔音效果一般，不過晚上還算安靜沒有吵鬧擾人睡覺，設施配套齊全，附近有菜場有餐飲有公交。
