房間很不錯，環境也好，睡得很踏實。
老闆人很好，香格里拉來之前幫忙找車到尼汝村，早上徒步還開車送到徒步起點，總之這次尼汝體驗感絕了，很不錯，住這吃的也是客棧的，經濟又好吃。

房間啥的都挺滿意的，他家也有飯店，可以點餐，這邊就是比較原生態，路不是很好走，徒步七彩瀑布對於普通人的我還是挺累的，再加上開車山路難行，比較疲憊

1、景色天然，空氣清新。
2、老闆娘熱情周到，貼心。
3、七彩瀑布從尼汝村來回一共12公里，爬升小，路況好，樹蔭遮蔽，陽光斑斕，是一條比較舒服的徒步路線。
4、南寶牧場距尼汝村來回22公里，一路海拔直線升高1200米，計劃是全程騎馬。結果由於山勢險峻，下山騎馬太危險，因此返程基本靠腿。非常累。

客棧位置不錯，就在村口，村子比較分散，到的早，六妹給了二樓最好的田野風景房，窗户正對着山景和村莊，房間很不錯，清爽乾淨舒適，沒想到山裡有條件這麼好的客棧。原來擔心臨河水聲會吵，但床和被子枕頭很舒服，出來這麼多天難得一覺睡到天亮。客棧同時也經營餐廳，早餐是大碗西紅柿雞蛋麪，可以點午晚餐，六妹炒的菜很好吃，徒完七彩瀑布回來，又累又餓，一進門六妹塞給了三個雞血李，咬一口，甜脆好吃極啦，連住了兩晚，很喜歡這兒的空氣和水，客棧離七彩瀑布入口有2.8公里，有免費車接送服務。
