Great location, right in the heart of the old town. The room was good value for money, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and were able to provide assistance in English. No food in the guesthouse when I was there but their cafe, located in the centre of the old town, had good, reasonably priced food and drinks.

Good value for that price. Great location. Pleasant staff, who speaks English. They should make sure laundry can be out to dry in a covered area, mine got soaked in the rain.

A clean, affordable and homely place in the old town of Shangri-la. The owner is very welcoming and the staff are all friendly - including the cats and dogs! Stayed three nights and was provided with a lot of useful local information via wechat. On the final day, I was given a small parting gift and a free lift to the airport! Lovely people - I would stay again if I return there.

We just loved this place, a bit out of old city but only few mins out. The service is amazing, they are very friendly and always trying to help you in case you need some information. The price is worth it for what you get, our rooms was clean, they even provided one more pillow and one blanket for my little child. If I go back to this place, I will definitely stay again there. Congratulations to the girls in front of front desk.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. The two dogs are adorable. The room is comfortable and clean and the location is in the ancient city, a little walk away from the noise of the bars at night but not too far for it to be inconvenient. Overall a great stay.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There's a washing machine available for guests. Location is OK, and walking 10-15 minutes can get you across the whole ancient town. The room had all the basics, but it was a little dusty.

Very affordable, charming hotel in the old town, a few minutes’ walk from the busy part of town. The woman working the front desk is very friendly and fun and we immediately liked her!
