首先定的優享智能大床房123元，想要加錢升級尊享智能大床房185元的，説要加68元的差價，竟然是根據酒店扣掉平台費收到手的錢來跟平台上價格收取差價，而不是根據客人付了多少錢來補的差價，第二，升級成尊享房型後剛進去房間就聞到一股臭味，下水道上來的味道，差點吐出來，跑去前台又換了一間房，換成雅享智能大床房，差價也是亂算，進到房間就發現床單臟，而且還有蟑螂，想想就將就吧，但是去洗個澡，洗澡的頭上就是抽風機，對着準準的，發黴臟的要死，最主要還一直滴水剛好滴在身上，為啥抽風機會有水出來，不知道上面是不是藏着屍體發爛化水了。離譜的是打開窗簾，玻璃上寫着密密麻麻的字，嚇**，不知道的以為是誰在惡作劇專門嚇唬客人，酒店這都沒有發現。。。。最重要的一點，從入住到反饋問題到退房，這個夜班前台女孩子全程臉黑黑，詢問她都不回答，跟欠她多少錢似的，裝高冷，以上就是住一晚的體驗，各位住之前請好好看看評論，真實體驗，挺好，下次不來了

房間還算不錯挺乾淨的，吸引我的是位置太方便遊玩了，去小公園\中山公園\廣場輪渡都能走過去（坐輪渡到礐石山風景區來回都衹要1元，過去後很多爬山很多景區居然不用門票的，夠逛一天了），酒店附近有共享電動車可以使用，去龍眼市場也不遠，方便找夜宵。
最最最主要的前台小姐姐超Nice，推薦吃的基本沒踩雷，大家快去搔擾…哦不是請教她唄

前台工作人員態度很好，床鋪柔軟舒適，太喜歡裏面的裝修風格了，還有免費洗衣烘乾，停車方便，入住很快，酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，離景區近，出入很方便，附近美食也超級多，酒店房型多樣，可以滿足不同人的需求，價格也很實惠，設施一流，服務態度熱情周到，讓人倍感温暖，在這裏住的非常愉快，強烈推薦這家民宿給大家!!

酒店位置非常好找就在馬路邊邊，
樓下就有超市很方便，一樓也有冰箱可以使用，
每個房間都有功夫茶具，不愧是汕頭茶飲文化，
另外我們升級了房型，除了有點小其他都非常不錯

酒店房間具備語音智能功能，使用很方便，酒店距離汕頭市小公園步行不到兩公里，有多路公交車可到達小公園附近，酒店周圍的小吃餐飲較多，用餐很方便。酒店有自己的停車場，能停10多輛車，對自駕遊客比較方便。店長很熱心，幫助挪車、能積極有效解決住客反映的房間存在的問題，在此給店長點贊。

房間雖小，但睡起來很舒服，性價比挺高的，空調很涼快，一樓還有自助洗衣房，很方便！前台服務很熱情哦，位置佳，離小公園海濱長廊都很近，出行方便，出門就有共享單車，推薦哦！
