The hotel is at the edge of the old town, within walking distance to the Little Park. The room was clean and surprisingly not too noise because of the double-glazed windows. The communal kitchen on each floor is very well-equiped. The entire guesthouse is self-service style, so the owner only turned up once when the main router needed rebooting.

離汕頭那兩個紅色的字很近，床品好，可以自己煮東西，但應該沒誰會真的煮吧，叫外賣要下樓拿，因為有門禁，行李自己提上樓梯

設施：非常好，聯繫房東後立即加了微信，有了大門密碼和房門密碼，進住設施很先進，房間裏空調、小冰箱、大投影機，24小時熱水。
衞生：很乾凈，角落、細節都是乾淨的，一次性的衞生馬桶墊和泡澡袋，淋浴、泡澡都可以😊
環境：酒店左邊是經濟實惠又美味的乾麪店，15元就能吃到有鹵肉的乾麪和一碗鮮蝦廋肉豬肝湯；再往左走幾分鐘就可坐105路公交到南澳島，轉過彎37路去礐石和歷史文化博覽中心，海濱長廊也近在眼前；酒店右邊美食街、小公園等眾多景點和小吃，逛一圈想回就回酒店了，晚上去逛也安全，汕頭旅社更是在酒店可以看到，真是C位呀！
服務：房東答覆很快，工作人員衞生做得仔細，三樓還有公用廚房、餐具，也有滾筒洗衣機，很方便

位置離汕頭旅社舊址直線距離20米不到，白天人多，晚上可以再去一次，浴缸孩子很喜歡，早早就説要回來泡澡，有地方特色的功夫茶具，公共區域有廚房，可以自己煮食。

位置在汕頭老城，汕頭實在也沒啥玩的，住這拍拍照就去南澳玩了，位置比較方便。缺點是沒電梯，住三樓，行李硬是搬上去。優點是有洗衣機，每層有餐廳茶水間，房間也挺寬敞，一樓密碼鎖進出方便。門口正對着的小路，就是汕頭旅社那幾個紅色大字，附近也有粿條之類的早餐店，挺方便
