BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

The layout of the room is reasonable, the lighting is very good, the sanitation is very thorough, and there is no smell. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is stable. GGuest UserThis was our second time staying at this hotel, visiting family and doing some sightseeing with my family of three. The environment and location are both quite good. We originally considered the Wyndham, but this hotel is newer. They even have robots deliver food to your room! However, I really have to complain about a few things. The shower water temperature was all over the place – sometimes scorching hot, almost boiling, and then suddenly freezing cold, constantly fluctuating. It was really frustrating. There's a master switch that turns off all the lights in the room, but it also turns off the air conditioning. I woke up at 3 AM sweating and had to get up to turn it back on. The soundproofing is also quite poor; you can hear noises from both across the hall and next door. Perhaps it's a business hotel, so not having a child safety barrier is understandable, but it would be great if they could add one, as it's not a high-cost item.

Hhappy traveller 520A truly satisfying beachfront hotel experience! The location is superb, right by the sea, allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunsets anytime. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they patiently resolved any issues with a very friendly attitude. It offers excellent value for money, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended and definitely worth revisiting!

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay this time. From the moment I entered the lobby until check-out, everything was pleasant and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, so I slept very soundly. The front desk service was also warm and attentive; they were quick to respond and helpful whenever I had an issue. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The location is perfect—close enough to the high-speed rail for quick and easy travel, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true getaway. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making dining out both convenient and enjoyable. The amenities provided made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic spot for a weekend retreat, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and refreshing escape!

GGuest UserI would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

GGuest UserEnvironment: Staying at this villa in Shanwei was a wonderful surprise! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
The villa's interior is stylishly decorated. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. The living room is large, and our whole family chatted, sang karaoke, played mahjong, and had a barbecue there – the atmosphere was fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the utensils and seasonings were very thoughtful; buying groceries and cooking ourselves was convenient and fun, much more comfortable than staying in a hotel.
The host was also super nice and answered all my questions. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you don't have to go far to buy things or eat.
In short, this villa greatly enhanced my trip to Shanwei, and I will definitely choose it again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shanwei!

The entire experience was smooth and the service in every aspect was excellent. I loved the room layout and had a very comfortable stay. It was definitely worth it!
