1. The front desk handles things with poor service attitude, the price difference of the upgraded room is much higher than the online price according to the front desk price; 2. Obviously there are the same room vacancies and the worse room is arranged than us, and the application is exchanged; 3. Two orders are booked In the room, I found that the shower gel was empty when I was taking a shower; 4. The pillow had a heavy peculiar smell and the bed was dirty, so I suspected that it was not cleaned.

酒店出行方便，韶關很多地方都淹水了，這裏沒事。停車場還是室內的，下雨天也不怕淋到愛車。酒店對面就是美食街，吃飯方便。酒店好像最近重新裝修翻新了，設施設備齊全，都全自動化的。

前台服務熱情，下雨天來到酒店前台，第一時間就遞來紙巾，還送上熱茶。辦理入住很快，工作人員業務能力強。酒店離高速很近哦，位置好找。環境不錯，旁邊就有充電樁。

很漂亮的房間，昨晚補費用升級了房型，果然沒有失望。設施齊全，燈光剛剛好。不像之前住的其他店，都看不見的。衞生搞得很乾凈，退房辦理很快，停車免費。
