賓館在市區中心鬧中取靜，酒店前院停車坪很寬闊，讓人豁然開朗，停車位很多，因為是老牌政務接待酒店，酒店服務中規中矩，裏面設施不錯。早餐沒有去吃。

房間的門都是緩沖可閉型，從大堂到房間處處有竹木包圍，裝修很用心。邵武整個城市小而整潔這個賓館也有充分體現，出賓館不久，直行到邵武博物館，很近還有寶嚴寺，河邊綠樹掩映。早餐不錯。

每次來邵武辦事都會入住該賓館。此次賓館又重新裝修過。房間寬敞，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，床上用品潔白，覺得舒服，服務良好。

地理位置優越，屬於國營招待酒店，配套服務都很好，早餐有點簡單，但是管飽。距離市政府很近，工作對接方便，停車場很大，鬧中取靜。

設施陳舊（80、90年代），服務一般，空調製熱完全不行，一晩上就像是睡在冰冷的世界裏！強烈建議酒店升級改造！
