前台鄧經理服務好，能為客户着想。酒店早餐很好，不浪費！早餐雖然簡約，但是該有的都有。每個員工都是彬彬有禮。前台有熱飲，小點心。

環境不錯，對面就是府山，走路去倉橋直街15分鐘，交通還是挺便利的，公司在酒店搞了聚會，整體裝飾非常喜歡，酒店服務也很好，下次有聚會還會再來的

公司團建一起來的，我個人感覺還好吧，不過員工們都很喜歡，我這個房間有投影和浴缸，有個員工住的家庭親子房，有個很大的兔子，同行員工的孩子們都嚷嚷着要兔子，挺有氛圍的。下次團建還要來紹興住這裏，哈哈 不錯。 玉潔美女很好！

公司團建允許帶家屬，所以到店加錢升級了親子房，小朋友一進房間就超級喜歡，房間裏好多玩具，小朋友抱着愛不釋手哈哈，老婆也説今後家裡裝修要參考這間房，顏色很清新，沒有那麼多色彩搭配很明朗。這個飄窗也是愛了，晚上和老婆坐在窗邊喝喝小酒，很愜意

訂的家庭房，房間很乾凈。酒店附近有府山公園，綠樹成蔭，空氣清新，還看到了小松鼠。8點以後可以登上飛翼樓，俯瞰整個紹興古城。酒店離倉橋直街也很近，可以逛逛吃吃體驗紹興的慢生活。因為出行的人員較多，酒店免費額外提供了早餐券、被子、洗漱用品，退房時還送了一壺紹興黃酒和一個萌萌杯，不管是衞生、設施、環境還是服務真的都沒得挑剔！

臨時帶了長者，到了就看看啊能改房間，大堂經理挺好的，一個大姐就給我們改了家庭房，加了三百，五一這個價格還可以了。還送了早餐，還可以的。退房，大姐很熱情給了伴手禮還給了小朋友一人一個杯子。還有一個細節，辦入住的時候還給了小朋友的洗漱和拖鞋。挺好的。早餐是常規早飯，要説多豐盛談不錯，五一這個價格還可以啦。
值得一提的是，酒店對面就是府山公園，環境非常不錯

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，酒店地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，房間很寬敞，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，房間温馨，前台服務人員服務態度很温和，都很好，很主動，房間裝飾得很精緻，服務很用心，房型也很舒服，很喜歡，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，贊哦，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到。位置優越交通便利，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。，早餐不錯，品種多，而且房間可以看到美景，真的很贊，個人覺得性價比蠻高。推薦入住！！！！
