The lake view room is worthy of the name, you can see the lake view during the day, and you can see the beautiful light night view through the window at night. The room is spacious and bright, and a family of four can live in it. The carpet is also beautiful and clean. I went to Luzhen to watch the performance and checked out late. The customer service was very cooperative and gave me an appropriate late check-out. There is a laundry room and gym upstairs, and I tried exercise on the treadmill. Overall very satisfied.

非常糟糕的體驗，嚴重懷疑好評是刷出來的，可以用“金玉其外敗絮其中”來形容了。
設施：電視機衹能開關機，沒有其他任何功能，也看不了東西，而且一插房卡自動開啟，每進屋一次就要關一次。浴室的噴頭漏水，而且每開關一次就會自動切換到水龍頭模式，洗一次澡要來回拔好幾次切換閥門。
餐食：早餐是吃過的酒店中最差的，牛奶是用香精奶粉沖泡的；煮雞蛋是好幾天前的，蛋白都變黃了；盤子沒洗乾淨，上面還有油漬；肉包子裏沒有好肉，全是骨渣。
衞生：床上瀰漫著輕微的嘔吐物味道，感覺好像有人吐在床品上但沒整體扔，簡單洗了洗就給下一個顧客用；衞生間地上有蟑螂出沒，可以想見衞生狀況有多糟糕。

圖為湖景商務大床房，由於帶着長者孩子，我們定了兩間，一間湖景高級，一間湖景大床。入住時前台小妹主動幫助我們調整，並用較低的價格升級了房型，我十分感謝。但是入住的這幾天裏，24層的湖景高級房一直有一股揮之不去的煎雞蛋🍳味道，這味道衹要關上門就非常濃烈，也不知道是從哪兒冒出來的，不知道其他同向的房間是否出現此情況；另外衞生感覺非常一般，衞生間門把手裡外都黏糊糊的，我自己擦了好幾遍；洗手池下水有點淤堵，希望酒店儘快改善。

十點多到達酒店，立馬就可以辦理入住 非常滿意，原訂的是兩張1.2床的房間，看我帶了小朋友，給我升級了一張1.8，一張1.2的家庭房，實在是太開心了！👏👏早餐券也是給了3張！房間大，望出去夜景很漂亮！滿意！
