酒店環境很好，後門通往景區非常方便！如果不想多走路帶着長者純度假式休閑遊的話，這家酒店非常適合！因為是淡季，入住人少，早餐是搭配好了送到房間的，避免自助餐的浪費和不新鮮，這點非常人性化，中餐晚餐也都在酒店吃的，菜也做的很合胃口，關鍵不是很鹹鮮，大廚據説是廣東菜系的，所以清蒸石斑魚特別美味！就是結賬時也沒提醒大眾點評有優惠劵這點不是很舒服，其餘都很滿意！還希望在細節上能加強一下！

總體來説還行，挺乾淨服務也挺好，就是主樓的房間都訂完了，衹有別墅的房間，性價比不是特別高，有點貴。房間還是挺大的，也很乾凈，早餐品種稍微有點少。中控的燈稍微有點不太靈也不知道是不是唯一的bug被我遇見了，大晚上挺嚇人的，也不太方便打電話。還有個問題就是浴室小化粧鏡下面按鈕一直不知道是幹啥的😀。如果定一般房間應該性價比挺高，畢竟就在景區裏。還有一個問題通往景區的門就這麼敞開，也不用刷卡啥的，噱微有點沒有安全感。

房間很吵！一點都不隔音，路過人、一晚上外面的車聲、房間的空調、早上4.5點的鳥叫！住一晚真的要崩潰！！！！前台開錯房就算了，打電話問房間有水聲很吵，晚上會不會吵。前台沒問清楚什麼聲音怎麼回事，直接説：如果吵得話都是外面路上的，不是酒店吵的。啥意思？還分酒店自己產生的噪音和外面噪音？！無語！房子隔音差的要死！聲臨其境！！！吃早餐有人從旁邊走過動靜大一點感覺樓板都在抖。
隔壁沐足千萬別去，整個付費被捏肉，根本不是按摩。問了住客有沒有折扣，工作人員説沒有，跟酒店不是一起的！結果房間有折扣券。總結很垃圾的酒店

清明節臨時訂的房間，衹剩下別墅大床房，價格還沒太離譜。
環境不錯，進去都是一排的別墅區，很有江南水鄉的feel。主要是離安昌古鎮很近，出去就是大門口，逛古鎮的話住這裏非常方便。
房間還挺新的，但是浴缸的排水把手壞掉了，設施的質量不過關啊，服務員也疏於檢查。這點拉低了酒店的檔次。

我對這個酒店印象特別好，就是感覺特別舒適，舒心，環境幽雅，不必多言，房間的設計特別合理，特別是鏡子的位置，不正對着人。特別安靜，這點很重要，早上在啾啾鳥鳴聲中醒來，感覺特別好，休息的非常好，早餐也很豐盛。特別是有個小門，出去就是古鎮裏面，早上晚上逛古鎮特別方便。人少，拍了很多大片。住過很多五星級酒店，這個房間讓人非常舒心。下次還會選擇。逛古鎮最好的酒店選擇。

很慶幸春節來安昌古鎮選擇了開元觀堂，白天的安昌古鎮遊人實在太多了，我們就選擇待在酒店，不管是在房間裏休息還是在酒店園區裏隨便走走都很舒服，從16棟別墅那邊出去就直通古鎮陽明橋，清晨趕在遊客到來前去逛古鎮才能好好感受那份清凈。
我們訂的觀堂雙床房，房間挺大的，房型衹含雙早，13歲的孩子收了半價28元，還是很划算的，關鍵是味道還真不錯，在酒店還吃過一次午餐，味道依舊滿意！

為了更好地體驗安昌古鎮濃濃的年味，所以決定在古鎮住宿一晚，相信開元的品牌，直接選了開元，預訂時看見酒店有別墅豪華大床房套餐，價格優惠，果斷入手，因為需要預約使用，特意安排在假期最後一天入住，客房也沒有這麼緊張了。
別墅房非常舒適，全樓都有地暖，房間設施也很棒，就是酒店別墅沒有電梯，爬樓有點累，行李多的話也有些麻煩。原先看早餐會送去房間，可能春節假期，需要自己去2號樓2樓餐廳用餐，吃飽肯定沒問題。由於離店日是工作日，和前台商量了下，很爽快地給了延遲退房，讓我能有更充裕的時間逛古鎮了。
